(Double bedroom, double sofa bed in main room, also trundle bed/travel cot available for children) In close proximity to a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, parks and the train station. All are within a short walking distance so there is plenty to do. However, in the case of a rainy day there is Wi-Fi, a Ps4, a Wii and plenty of board games to help to keep you occupied.

From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.
