A newly refurbished self contained apartment in a quiet residential area. It has a brand new kitchen and shower-room downstairs and a spacious bedroom and living area upstairs. A newly refurbished modern self-contained annex to our house close to the centre of Wootton village. Set in large gardens, within easy distance of Brackmills, Northampton, Towcester (Silverstone) and Milton Keynes. We shall greet you on arrival and make sure all is right, but after that you can have keys and independent access so you can come and go as you wish.
