Uta’s villa was absolutely stunning! Nestled in a beautiful resort-style community, the location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and the beach. We especially loved the private pool and the refreshing outdoor shower, which added a luxurious touch to our stay. Uta was a wonderful host and also offers local tours, which is a fantastic bonus! We had an amazing time and would definitely love to return.

The appartment is very spacious, with all amenities and you can see the beach from your bed! Great neighborhood, right on the beach where everything happens. Mohammed is the best host you can hope for, making sure everything goes smoothly, giving great recommandation, and checking up on you regularly. In a country like Oman where things work differently, he was a priceless source of information and support. Thank you Mohammed, I am happy and grateful our paths crossed !

The apartment is located in very peaceful area and just 2min from very clean and peaceful beach. Minimarket, few local restaurants and coffee shops within 5min walk. Apartment was super clean and it is very spacious. You wont find luxury here, but everything is functional and tidy. Nice balcony with side seaview (wake up early, enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and you might catch dolphins fishing <3). For bigger supermarket visits you need a car or book a taxi. Download Otaxi-app before you travel, it would be very difficult to find a taxi from the street direcly. Overall a good experience. And since the accommodation was very budget-friendly, i feel that it was well worth of the money.
