Fantastic stay overall! Water was hot, WiFi connection was strong & consistent, apartment was clean, and Ana was extremely helpful. Aside from it being a great value, this place was very nice with it's close proximity to the sites of town.

Wow! Can’t say enough about how great this place was. We stayed with our 3 kids and they loved to just be outside all day long. Playing on the playground the hammocks or exploring the property. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and playing in the creek about a 1 minute walk from the house. The house had everything you needed and more. And the location was perfect. You felt like you were in the middle of nature and all you could hear were birds and cows. But yet still only 5-10 minutes driving from great restaurants and grocery stores. Definitely plan to stay again, no complaints at all!

We spent 3 nights at Irine’s place and loved it. It’s exactly as described/pictured and surrounded by a sweet little garden. The terrace is a perfect additional space to enjoy time away from the city. Just 5 mins walk from Colchis Fountain. Irine’s lovely mum lives next door. She greeted us with big smiles when we arrived. We chatted via Google translate and also meet Irine’s husband who was also very friendly and chatty (in English). The place is perfect. Comfy bed, good shower, clean, quiet, well equipped and well located. Stay here!
