Weekend for family reunion. Very functional house, well equipped with materials, with bright and modern decoration, very pleasant. The exterior is large, equipped with a large table (very appreciable). Vincent can be reached by phone, and answers right away. Very quiet neighborhood, and in addition no parking problems. The apartment is in a very good location, close to small shops and the ferry. It is very pleasant, well-equipped. Jacqueline hosted me very warmly.

Lovely apartment in the center of town. We could park the car close by since it’s in a car restricted area. The apartment is charming and very comfortable beds, spotless clean and practical kitchen utensils. The area is close to restaurants and shops. We got great recommendations by the owner about local attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Accommodation and especially very welcoming hosts, while remaining discreet! I enjoyed the outdoor table, the clean and sufficiently large and well-equipped accommodation. Margaux was kind enough to provide the sheets for the sofa because I was traveling with my adult daughter, so each had their own bed! Have a lovely stay

Very nice apartment in the attic, special mention for the small roof terrace! Easy walking distance from the train station, in the heart of Nantes old town. Countless cafes and bistros nearby, not to mention all the shops. In short, an ideal pied-à-terre to discover the city on foot, with very good beds to be fresh and available the next day! Very nice welcome on arrival with all the necessary explanations. Attentive and friendly communication.

Randy is a great host, responsive, courteous, kind, welcoming. The accommodation is on the top floor of a very quiet and well-located building that we recommend of course...

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)

It went extremely well. Valérie and Christophe are very friendly, responsive hosts, even their dog is welcoming! We had a great time, the apartment is comfortable, bright and very nice, the terrace is a plus. We'll be happy to go back

Very homely 'bigou' Apartment that had everything we required for our stay & was spotlessly clean. Marie was extremely responsive & accommodating even altering her own plans when we needed to change our dates last minute. The apartment was very quiet in a quiet street located near the beautiful jardin de plantes park.

The apartment has an excellent location. At the end of the garden, the sea. It is very very clean and above all very well maintained. Cedric and Caroline are charming and warm hosts. This is the second time we've come and always with pleasure.
