Vacation rentals with beach access in Sainte-Marie-la-Mer

Appartement décoré avec goût et très propre. La vue mer est magnifique, idéal pour changer de paysage et se détendre.

Great beach residence and vibe. The apartment is as described, comfortable with all amenities and with air conditioning and ceilings fans. It's metres from the beach which is a real bonus. As per other reviews you are above a busy restaurant which didn't bother us as we're up early and in the ocean or on the beach.

Le logement était très joli et très bien placé avec un accès à la plage agréable; Il était conforme aux photos,propre et Sophie a été très réactive lors de nos sollicitations. Le seul bémol est qu'en journée il est très difficile de stationner,mais le soir nous avons trouver une place à proximité. Je recommande et je reviendrai sans aucun doute! Merci Sophie.

Très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique. Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé. Situé juste à côté du port et du centre ville il y a également des restaurants au pied de l'immeuble. Pierre est très réactif et très arrangeant. Place de parking juste à l'arrière de l'immeuble très pratique. Les instructions pour l'entrée dans le logement sont très claires. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine ! Je recommande à 100% 😊😊

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet bel appartement. Une vie incroyable sur la mer fait tout le charme de cet appartement. La mer est à même pas 5min à pied très facile d’accès. Je recommande à 100% ce logement.

SPECTACULAR!!! We travel a lot and stay at AirBNB's quite a bit (7 on this trip to Europe alone). We've stayed in both cheaper and more expensive ones, but never before has there been a better value in all the years that we've used AirBNB. The apartment is gorgeous! Everything is renovated and new. And the location even better! This is a MUST book in you're headed to Roses. It's in the Santa Margarida area that faces Roses, which make is such a great place. The view of the mountainside in Roses (only 6 mins away) reminded us of the Amalfi Coast in Italy. You don't want to stay in Roses looking this way, as there's nowhere near the beauty from afar. And Paola was the best host we've ever had. Proactive, but not overbearing and we needed nothing; everything was there and everything was explained. There are 3 AC's in this 1 bedroom unit (including 1 in the bathroom!), great wifi, a priceless balcony overlooking the canal to the sea AND beach chairs/umbrellas, etc! Don't think twice!!!

On ne peut pas être plus près de la plage. La vue est top. Soleil le matin. Super restaurant au pied de l’immeuble « Les Frayettes » avec une patronne super sympa. Commerces et marché à proximité. Communication facile avec Edouard. Nous recommandons ce studio.

A really lovely spot - near enough to Collioure and Port Vendres but away from the crowds and with a lovely beach right in front - great for a swim or snorkel. The accomodation is well designed with incredible sea views from the living room, bedroom and kitchen with sliding doors that really let the sun and sea breeze in. The place had everything we needed with extra touches such as condiments and laundry supplies. All very clean, bright and cheerful. Overall a lovely place to stay. Oh and Remi is great - helpful and friendly!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus von Paul. Die Aussicht ist grandios, der Pool ebenfalls. Der Wohn - und Essbereich ist offen und hell und sehr geeignet für Gruppen. Ebenfalls die Aufteilung der Schlafräume. Man hat die Möglichkeit sich zurückziehen, wenn man möchte. Paul war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Sein Vater war ebenso sehr freundlich. Beide sprechen gut englisch. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder!

Tout était parfait. Le logement est super fonctionnel . Il ne manque rien. L'emplacement est top. La proximité avec les vagues est géniale. La vue est époustouflante. La propreté du logement était parfaite ; un grand merci à Pascal pour sa gentillesse mais également pour la compétence et le sérieux des équipes d'entretien. Nous avons passé en ce mois d'avril 2025 une semaine en famille exceptionnelle. Le plus dur c'est de repartir car tout nous manque.

Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt und die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Strand. Der Hinterhof mit Tisch und Schatten hat uns gut gefallen.

Nuestra estancia en Les Merles ha sido espectacular. La casa está decorada con gusto y pensada al detalle, en un entorno tranquilo y con una cala preciosa a un minuto a pie. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, han sido los anfitriones: María Isabel y Miquel son cercanos, atentos y encantadores. Se nota el cariño con el que han creado este espacio. Viajamos con nuestra perrita y nos emocionó que nos dejaran un comedero, bebedero y hasta chuches para ella. También nos recomendaron muy buenos sitios para comer y rutas por la zona. Nos ha gustado tanto que hasta nos hemos imaginado una vida viviendo por la zona; en calma, cerca del mar, disfrutando de lo esencial. Un lugar que invita a bajar el ritmo, respirar hondo y reconectar. ¡Gracias por todo!

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

Nous remercions Benjamin et Vania pour l'accueil, la disponibilité et leur grande gentillesse. Un week-end reposant, paisible, hors du temps. Un logement très bien agencé et d'une propreté remarquable, une piscine immenses, en plein soleil rien de mieux pour se détendre. Nous avons même pu en profité un peu plus, accompagné de nos enfants. Jolie maison pleine de charme dans un environnement naturel exceptionnel. Belle vue mer depuis les terrasses. Calme, bien équipée, accueillante. Franck est un hôte prévenant, accueillant et très disponible. Je recommande.

Séjour très agréable dans la maisonnette de Valérie. Situation parfaite pour aller à la plage encore tranquille à cette époque de l'année. Certes, le logement est petit mais il possède de beaux rangements bien utiles. Une terrasse suffisamment grande permet de prendre les repas à l'extérieur et sans vis à vis.

Excellent accueil, logement très soigné, vraiment rien à dire de négatif. Je recommande vivement !

Séjour d'une nuit pour motif professionnel. Appartement très bien situé, facile d'accès. Plus spacieux que sur les photos. Et la vue sur mer depuis le lit avec le magnifique levé de soleil était incroyable ! Aniela à été très réactive à la suite d'une demande de renseignement. Pour me déplacer très régulièrement, je place ce logement dans mon top 3.
