50 m² single-storey studio located 400 m from the beach and 350 m from shops, perfect for a relaxing stay. Thanks to its ideal location, you can walk to all amenities (markets, bakery, press, etc.). Rated 3* for two people, the studio can accommodate 4 people. It has a furnished terrace on the south side overlooking an enclosed garden. Possibility to enter one or two cars. A bike shelter is accessible.

Villa Marcus – Beachfront

This architect-designed house with heated pool and not overlooked offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Enjoy a villa on the Ile de Ré, a 5-minute walk from the beach and close to the shops of Sainte Marie de Ré. The villa offers high-end amenities. All bedrooms are suites and have their own shower room. It is also possible to park up to 5 vehicles (private and secure outdoor parking).

Very nice T1 of 31m2, fully renovated in June 2021, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, 300m from the centre and 300m from the beach. All comforts with large-screen TV, Canal+, fully-equipped kitchen, 160cm sofa bed with 18cm mattress, private south-facing courtyard of 15m2 with dining area, sun loungers, plants, etc. Bikes (not new but serviced) provided.

The Chauveau Lighthouse

Accommodation built in summer 2020, fully equipped, between Sainte Marie and La Noue, it is perfectly located. Easy to park, Carrefour Contact is only 200 m away for shopping, 10 minutes' walk to the beach. This is the perfect place for your short and long stays in Sainte Marie! I always provide bed sheets and towels. A key box is available for self check-in.

You'll love my place because of the location, the people, and the ambiance. My place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and four-legged friends.
