Great locations for this cute little house, very convenient, thanks in particular to its exterior. It is very well-equipped and very pretty. The only small downside perhaps, the master bedroom is upstairs and the children's bedroom downstairs, but otherwise everything was great!

We had a great stay with our two children. The area is very peaceful, I had the pleasure of walking / running around the nearby lake - it's a big plus :-) The stay went impeccably and we even ended with a BBQ on our private terrace. We had a great time at Thomas's place in a peaceful, pleasant and green residence, located right next to a pretty little pond where you can fish and walk. The accommodation is convenient, well arranged, and the covered outdoor space is very nice. Shops nearby. Thomas and Emmanuelle are very pleasant hosts. An address to keep!

Second stay at Sophie's, always as enchanting! The calm, the greenery, the proximity to animals, the games in the garden... everything is ideal for children (and parents!). And above all, Sophie's exceptional hospitality: it's a real pleasure to interact with her, whether you're big or small!

We had a great time. Very comfortable apartment and good location. The activities at Lake Bourgenay were great for the kids. Only downside but not within Mireille's jurisdiction, the large slides of the pool were closed "because low season". However, the pool was very busy, which is a shame. But the pool water had the merit of being heated. The mini golf nearby is very nice. We also enjoyed the electric boats, the welcome in the restaurants and the nearby beach. To be repeated!

We were able to enjoy this accommodation during our visit to the area to attend the start of the Vendée Globe. Françoise is an extremely friendly and welcoming person. She also made our check-in much easier (we had some time constraints). The apartment is very nice, comfortable and perfectly functional. We'll be happy to go back on a future trip to Vendée. In short, we highly recommend it! Cyrille and Pascale.

Great accommodation, very well-equipped, clean and very functional, in a very nice neighborhood, close to everything but especially the beach which is accessible by a small pine forest! A little extra for the balcony which is really nice for lunch. Delphine was very responsive and pleasant by message, she was also flexible on our arrival and departure, thank you very much once again :)

Beautiful accommodation, authentic, no fuss, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Lots of attention for children with board games for all ages, costumes, outdoor games. 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne... We appreciate the basic necessities to be immediately comfortable (laundry, soap, groceries, enough to have lunch...) as well as the beds made. We also appreciate the opportunity to go and see the animals, pick a strawberry or collect an egg... Great value for money!!!

Monique's house exceeded all our expectations. If you wanted peace and quiet then Chateau-Guibert is the place for you. The house is set in beautiful gardens with a wonderful view of the small fishing lake. There are no shops - only a baguette dispenser! - but Mareuil sur Lay Dissais was only about 5kms away by car. This was a charming village. The pool at the house made it as the coast is about an hour's drive away. We did go to La Rochelle and Les Sables D'Olonne and the coast inbetween, all about an hour's drive away as well. The house itself was extremely comfortable and very well kitted out - there was everything you could possibly need and more. Several different seating areas outside as well. Monique could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a delight to meet her. We would highly recommend this holiday home, and would be very happy to return here.
