Very well-equipped house and as described. view of the pine trees from the garden, slight overlooking on the sides but the neighborhood is nice. Proximity to a shopping center, access to walks from the house. requires transportation to get to the shopping streets or the beach. Quiet environment, nice garden. Very good stay in short.

an excellent stay in this beautiful accommodation, small house arranged with great taste, very well equipped, nothing was missing. very nice welcome from Hervé and Véronique, extremely friendly, the attention on arrival to have fresh water bottles and beer were very appreciable. and what can I say about the shared swimming pool, pure happiness. the neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. an address to keep safe, go there with your eyes closed. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

A slice of paradise... We had a wonderful week as a couple at Marie Sarah & Josselin's pretty house. The quiet and soothing environment, the view, the neat decoration, the layout, everything we liked. It's a haven of peace where you'll have a relaxing vacation. Pretty walks are accessible all around, for oyster lovers you will be served with the different cabins nearby. We recommend 100% Thanks to the hosts for their sympathy.

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with beautiful recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both were available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision composed mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops… Thank you for making this beautiful home available to guests! 🧳🏖️ We had a great time all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

The accommodation is faithful to the description and photos. Very peaceful and functional. We really enjoyed the very bright living room and the two terraces. Stephanie was clear in her instructions and always available. We are delighted with our stay!

Great apartment perfectly located. Close to beach and restaurants. Low ceiling so be careful for the tallest, but great stay.

We had a very nice time in Thibault's apartment. The balcony is something very special, here you can sit wonderfully and look at the water, it sinks and it rises. We ate and played and read and talked there. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beach is wonderful, the waves of the Atlantic are fun and restaurants and supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. If we had any questions, Thibault always supported us well and responded quickly. Thank you!

Very good stay by the Aureilhan lake! In a little piece of heaven, by the lake and close to the ocean, we were able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The accommodation is very well located and well-equipped, and the heated pool is a real plus for children.

The stay went very well, in a large campsite with lots of activities available. At the very beginning of the season, so very quiet and pleasant. The location of the accommodation is ideal with a lovely view! The directions to our arrival were very clear, we picked up the keys in a lockbox without any problems.

Very nice place with everything you need for a comfortable stay – everything was exactly as described and we felt completely comfortable. Framboise is a wonderful hostess: warm, attentive and always strives to ensure that her guests lack nothing. We greatly appreciated their friendly welcome and communication. A small note for tall people: The bed is a bit small for two people with a lot of height – for my partner at 1.95 m it was not quite ideal, since I of course also had to get in.
