Fully equipped apartment, kitchen, shower room, toilet, two bedrooms. On the second floor of a villa house, the entrance is shared with the owners living on the ground floor. Located facing the sea, refurbished accommodation suitable for a couple with two children. The kitchen is well equipped but is not very large, the sitting area with TV is equipped with a 2-seater sofa. 20-minute walk to the city center and 2-minute walk to the beach, also close to all amenities.

You are 30 minutes from Etretat, 20 minutes from Honfleur and 45 minutes from Deauville. The house is classified as one star.
