The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

Milltown itself is in an area of outstanding natural beauty in an idyllic setting in a sought after rural hamlet. The property has just been refurbished to a very high standard and comprises of two double bedrooms, open plan kitchen with lounge diner, bathroom and private patio with picturesque views over wonderful gardens over looking pretty streams all within three acres of woodland and fields.

Detached cabin in private grounds

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

Our self catering detached cottage is available all year round. A spacious ground floor cottage with views over the garden, it's own parking (with an outside electric socket) and patio area. Between Fowey & Lostwithiel in South East Cornwall. We have one super king size bed. We accept 2 medium sized dogs, by arrangement. The large garden is not fully fenced, we have a mixture of water, hedges and fences as our 3 acre boundary. The patio is completely fenced.

Ideal for exploring the nearby south west coast path and it’s beautiful beaches Lansallos and Lantic Bay . Talland and Readymoney beach are great for kids . Off road parking with easy level access to the property and level access into Lostwithiel.

Little Wooda is a small detached open plan cottage with countryside views. It has a king bed, sofa, tv, bathroom with electric shower and kitchen area that includes fridge, combination microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and table top hob. Double doors at the back open up on to a patio with table, chairs, gas bbq, small fire pit and garden beyond. There's an entrance porch area for jackets and shoes and private parking area.
