House vacation rentals in Saint Simons Island

Jenifer was an excellent host. The house is in a great location for it was a very quit and peaceful neighborhood. The bikes that she allows you to use were a wonderful thing. From the house it was easy to get to the bike paths and also the neighborhood was a great place to ride also. We hope to return to the island again.

If you're thinking about a place to stay in St Simon's look no further. We loved this home! There's so many spaces to gather as a group and also plenty of rooms to spend alone time in. The game room was such a bonus. We loved playing pool, ping pong, and there were tons of board games to choose from. The home is so vibrant! I found myself being jealous of the lucky family that got to live their lives there because you can certainly tell it was a happy one!

My boyfriend and I booked Amanda’s place with plans to have a laid-back beach vacation with lots of cooking fresh seafood and relaxing. Her place was perfect for it. Very cozy inside, and the backyard was warm and inviting. Our dog played out there every morning while we sipped coffees. Her place is located next to a great seafood market, City Market, so that was convenient. We enjoyed biking through the neighborhood and found an adorable deli (The Yellow Deli) 1 min away from the house on our bikes. It was perfect.

This was a great choice for our trip very close to the restaurants and pier and just a block away from the beach already planning another trip now

Ray's place was a fantastic stay for our family! We were searching for a private and quiet space to relax and enjoy St Simons Island. The full kitchen was great and we enjoyed how nice the bedding and towels felt.

This was our second time staying at Lauren’s place. Everything was clean and perfect just like last time! Our pups enjoyed the fenced backyard. Lauren is always super responsive and super friendly! She was able to accommodate our need for a late check out. We look forward to staying here again!

Marcia and Don were great hosts. Everything was clean and very accurate to the description. They were very proactive in their communication and give lots of great insight on the area for eating and recreation. Great stay!!

This was a great week with family, very peaceful area, love the pool and dock for fishing, had everything we needed for the week. The house was very roomy, loved the screened porch....it was used alot, I would highly recommend this family getaway.

Beautiful house! Very nice spacious kitchen and living area. Biggest surprise was the larger than expected size of the pool. The photos of the pool on the listing kind of somehow undersize it. The photos don’t do the pool justice. Very nice pool and private backyard. Absolutely a great find vacation find.

Amazing house! Perfect location. We loved staying at Mint Julep! The house and especially the backyard, pool area was so private and relaxing. The screened in porch was great for our afternoon coffee. We loved being able to walk everywhere; dining, shopping, the beach, and entertainment. Jessica was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again. We love St. Simon’s island and the Mint Julep.

I cannot say enough as to how wonderful this home was. It was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Every bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous and well equipped. We all enjoyed the pool area/outdoor rec room. It fit our family so well! The beaches nearby were not the best for swimming/building sand castles, but they were great for exploring. We rented bikes and the golf cart and explored all the beach locations. The shops and restaurants were just a short walk away (5ish minutes). Both Derek and Tim were quick to respond anytime we had questions. Upon arrival the house was immaculate. This was just a wow experience for us all, and we hope to return next year.

What an adorable house! It was much bigger than I expected. There was room for everyone, plenty of parking, and the pool was fantastic!

Jonathan’s home was so nice and such a lovely place to stay while at the beach. So spacious and loved the kitchen and deck areas. Would definitely visit again! It was a great week!

Thank you for such an amazing stay! This was a wonderful beach cottage with beautiful private landscaping and koi pond that made drinking my tea and reading books in the early mornings completely peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was very nice! It is an easy walk to the beach or downtown for restaurants! This was a perfect get away for our anniversary and I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a great experience at St. Simons Island.

The condo is very nice and clean and smelled very nice. I liked the newer appliances and kitchenware. I appreciated how the bathroom had two doors, one from bedroom and one from the kitchen/living room area. The only small cons for me personally… was the bed is pretty firm ( which is harder on my 65 year old bones😊) and the curtains in bedroom are good but bedroom was still pretty light at night because of the outside lights from the other condos. I’m just accustomed to sleeping in pretty dark bedroom. Again, that’s just me. Location was great, short walk to pier, shops and restaurants.

Beautiful, clean, fully furnished, open plan, cozy and most perfect get away for our family! We will stay again! Decorated so beautifully and the kitchen was perfect for all of our family to eat and enjoy time together. The pool in the back is super clean and private. We had such a great time with our grandkids . It is not on the beach but a short distance to the beach and close to all the great restaurants. We love St. Simons! Thank you! Such wonderful host!

We had the most amazing stay! This place was exactly what we were looking for, and everything matched the description perfectly. The location was fantastic—right near DeMere and Frederica Road, with many great restaurants just steps away or a short drive away. Nights were incredibly peaceful, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! This week was all about relaxation, and it exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back! Easy, luxury beach living for the entire family! This home is stunning. Even better than the pictures. From beautifully tiled showers, comfortable bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, games/bikes/beach toys for all ages…this house has it all! Our favorite part were the wrap around porches on every floor- loved having our morning coffee & quiet time out there. Another perk was they already have beach towels and chairs there waiting on you! This home seriously has it all and Laurel/ Kevin were such great hosts! Thank you for an amazing family vacation!

This was our second time at Jake's place and it will not be our last. The neighborhood is charming and the beach is a short walk away (and an even faster golf cart ride!). The house is clean and has everything we need. The little backyard is super convenient for our dogs. Highly recommend! Carla and Mike

This was truly the most peaceful stay we’ve ever had in St Simons! By far the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The yard/outdoor area was even better than depicted! Lovely place and the hosts communication was amazing, very quick to respond! Cannot wait to book again for next year! PS: the couch was beyond comfy!
