I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

In the heart of nature, 20 minutes from Conques, 30 minutes from the Cransac thermal baths, close to the Lot Valley and the Aubrac Mountains, this former farmhouse has been converted to accommodate up to 8 people. At the crossroads of the departments of Aveyron, Cantal and Lot, you will discover the riches of these territories. 5 km away, you will find a first Intermarché store with gas pump 12 km from other shops, markets, doctors, pharmacies, SNCF train station. Bikers are welcome.

Old country house on 3 levels, duplex style. Entrance to an equipped kitchen, large dining table and fireplace. On the 1st floor, an open bedroom and a bathroom. From there, a ladder leads to a mezzanine that can accommodate 2 people, with futon-type beds on wooden floors. This gîte is attached to a residential house dating from 1826. Maison Rossignol is a 19th century building. Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.
