Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Michel-en-l'Herm

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good tips even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great time. The apartment is as described. It is a 10-minute walk from the center of Loix and shops. Areas for improvement: sofa (quality and presence of hair and/or cat hair).

The house is absolutely as advertised. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoking room). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Very good stay in La Flotte at Nicolas's, house very well located close to shops, the market, the port and the beach. The house is not large but very well equipped for 4, we enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom and the large living room is also very pleasant. The garage is also convenient and the ideal courtyard for storing bikes and for outdoor dining. The beds are made on arrival and the table is set, it's rare and appreciable! Thanks to Nicolas for his kind intentions and responsiveness, very good communication too. Go there with your eyes closed. 🤗

We had a pleasant stay at Magalie and Jean's house. The house is beautiful and well appointed, the beds are quality. Walking distance to the center. It was a real plus to be greeted in person, to receive advice for excursions and even the dog was given a little attention upon arrival. We highly recommend this accommodation, the private garden with plancha is perfect for feeling on vacation.

Christophe is a charming and very welcoming and friendly host. Welcome drink was on the table on arrival, very nice! He is very attentive and has good tips for the surroundings. Also responds directly to any question you ask. It is a very nice place to stay and to explore the neighborhood: the beach is beautiful and the sea too! We could park the car in the driveway, but there is also a garage. The backyard is completely private and fully fenced, ideal for a dog. We found a plus point the electric shutters for all windows in the house: so you really sleep in the dark. After a nice holiday week, we unfortunately had to go home again :)

What you see is what you get. The place is neat, private and clean. Full of natural light. The plus for a dog owner is the fully close garden with enough place for the dog to run about

We had a wonderful Pentecost weekend at Villa Isis Atlantique in Portes-en-Ré. The setting is simply idyllic: the house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped for a stay with family or friends. The garden, the bowling alley, the half basketball court, the pool table and the swimming pool add a touch of serenity and luxury that invites you to relax. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the center of the village, while enjoying absolute calm. A big thank you to our hosts for their warm welcome and availability. We're leaving with memories in our heads… We'll be happy to come back!

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding, which is very comfortable. Ideally located, the residence is very nice, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful property in a very peaceful setting. Massive grounds with swings, trampoline, football goal and a beautiful pool - which our Granddaughter loved. Handy small supermarket, pharmacy and bakery within easy walking distance. Noela, husband and their children were all very friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely return

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

We stayed in this little house during a weekend on Ile de Ré. We enjoyed its comfort and location: it is ideally located in the heart of a small, very quiet and peaceful residence, and very close to downtown La Flotte. We recommend ☺️

We had a great family vacation at Nathalie's place. Very reachable and responsive when we had questions beforehand, very good hosting with small gifts. Really great! Really ideal location with respect to the sea. I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

We had a lovely week here and felt completely relaxed. The house and garden are so peaceful, especially by the pool where we spent a lot of time! Can't recommend enough and hosts were really helpful and responsive.

We stayed five nights in June 2024 at Simona's lovely home with our little dog, and we had a great time. The accommodation is as described: spacious, clean, very well-equipped and pleasant to stay in. We enjoyed the small garden in the front, perfect for enjoying the sun in peace. The location is ideal: central but in a very quiet residential area, which allows you to do everything on foot while enjoying a peaceful environment. Simona was very available and responsive throughout our stay. We strongly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return!

if you like animals, and if you're comfortable with trained dogs roaming the premises, this is an absolutely wonderful location. The little chalet is clean and supplied with all necessities, but what stands out is its location. Right in a bend of the river Lay, you're surrounded by 60 000m² of tranquil land. The only thing that might upset the tranquility is the sight of otters, sheep, horses and hundreds of birds. Very highly recommended.

We had a great time at Françoise's place! The house was as described, we even had little extras: Vendée gateau, orange juice and sparkling water! Communication was very good with Françoise, she gave us more time to make the rental. A big thank you!

The location of Benjamin’s place is ideal - safely contained in a very pretty complex of apartments with parking and easy access to the beach. Once inside, you would never know you are close to other apartments because it is quiet, well lit, and beautiful. The back garden at sunset is incredible. There were only two of us and our dog, but the apartment is stocked to be able to easily host a small family. It’s clean and organized with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable bed. We were met at the gate when we arrived, the key hand-off was friendly and quick. Check-out instructions were clear and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All in all, a great stay. We hope to return someday soon!

Great hosting. Perfect accommodation for a quiet stay. We discovered the Vendée countryside and one of its rivers: the Yon. Perfect for cycling or walking.

The place matched the description perfectly! The house is very welcoming, very well-decorated and arranged, and with an incredible garden with terrace. Sandrine and her concierge service have always been responsive and professional. We would totally recommend for successful family stays! We'll be back :-)

We had a great weekend with 13 people for a birthday. Sabrina's house is true to the photos: cozy, comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully furnished. The garden, terrace, pool and hot tub are a real plus. Too bad the use of the jacuzzi is at extra cost. The welcome guide and Sabrina's recommendations were much appreciated. Sabrina was a very attentive and responsive host. Note: As indicated in the listing, we had to provide our IDs as well as a certificate of vacation as additional insurance to that of Airbnb. I find these measures unnecessary and that it degrades the customer experience, knowing that our identities have been verified by Airbnb, which also charges for its service including insurance. So I found the services charged by Airbnb unnecessary.
