This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.

The "Clos du Bourdigal" is a charming villa located 6 km from the beaches and in the center of a pretty village with all shops open all year round. Weekend location Living area of 170 m² + courtyard 60 m² + garden and courtyard 300 m² Villa "Île de Ré", (exposed stones, "workshop" steel "frames, antique parquet floors).

The Moulin Musseau cottage is located 10 minutes from the beach by car, 30 minutes by bike (bike path from the village). 100 m² cottage on one level completely renovated in 2023 for 6 people. Linens and towels are not provided The cleaning fee is not included, we ask that the accommodation be left clean and tidy.

House 50 m from the swimming area and shops. You will find an entrance hall, a living room with its kitchenette and sofa bed, a small room for use as a bedroom with bunk beds. A bathroom with a toilet. All on an inner courtyard, not overlooked, with a barbecue.
