Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint Michael's Mount

The location is central St Ives and is perfect for a small break in the town - the view from the kitchen/lounge over looks the harbour and is perfect to watch the slow early morning wake up

Alison's kind hospitality & welcoming was excellent & the accommodation was stunning & immaculate. If you like a quiet location it's ideal but travelling across Cornwall is no problem as main rd's are accessible from Helston. Alison gave us some good recommendations for restaurants which we tried & were delighted with.

This was the best place we stayed all holiday. The location is incredible, just steps from Bamaluz beach, with amazing views and the sound of the waves coming right into the house. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching all the dogs playing on the sand, and it was only ten minutes walk to all the main beaches in St Ives. The flat had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. An absolutely perfect base for a beach holiday.

The stay was great it was in a good location. It was a 5-10 minute walk down to the bus and train station and 10-15 in to town and restaurant. The place had what we needed for our stay. Emma also had a folder with all the information you need for our stay and helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. If you needed anything else Emma was just a message away and was very helpful. Will be back again

Julie is a wonderful host and a very kind human being. Her apartment shows how considerate she is. We found everything needed in the flat. Flat is very clean, tidy, good linens, balcony view with sound of the waves is outstanding. Bed is good for sleeping. Comfy sofa and other electric machines are fine. We cooked meals happily. Bathroom is nice and clean. Close to town centre and other beaches. Rooftop is nice. We stayed here for seven days. She even arranged for late check-in to help us to relax before catching our flight home. This holiday experience is so great!! We hope to visit again In sha Allah. Thank you Julie. An extremely enjoyable weeks holiday helped massively by extremely good weather. The property's location was ideal for our purpose as we were able to walk to the town and avoid using the car. On arrival we received a friendly welcome from Vanessa which extended to practical help as the car was slightly too long for the parking space available. Vanessa immediately made alternative parking arrangements just a few minutes walk away which we were able to use throughout the holiday. We would certainly have extended our stay if we were in a position to do so.

As soon as we walked through that door we could see the beautiful sea and we were just in awe of the place. The location is 10/10, the apartment is stunning and so quiet and we didn’t really notice that we had neighbours which was lovely and made it feel private which is what we look for in a place. Cornwall as whole as well is just stunning and we HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking at it. We have found a special place and we will hopefully come back again and again. This is our happy place. We were so sad to leave as we had such a beautiful holiday. A lot of special memories made. The parking was very good, covered and easy to use, self check in is favourable, the checking in and out time is reasonable and the communication was very good. The train is so useful and we actually enjoyed watching that go by, the walking is amazing, the beach is beautiful, the views from the window and patio are amazing. The sofas and bed are very comfortable which is rare. Thank you so much.

This studio suited us very well. It felt spacious with very cleverly chosen furnishings - lots of storage and a well-equipped kitchen. Susi and Graham's attention to detail and generous supply of things like olive oil, tea and coffee, salt and pepper grinders etc make such a difference the feel of a place - you don't have to waste time shopping for basics. It was spotlessly clean too. It is easy to find and quiet, and the walk down into St Ives is easy (there is always the bus for the return!) Susi and Graham were very welcoming but not at all intrusive. We hope to return soon

A beautifully located Airbnb home: so peaceful. Very clean, tidy & everything we needed. Thank you Valerie, for the welcome pack, such a lovely touch. We definitely recommend a stay in this lovely, spacious home.

Probably the nicest place we have ever stayed! Deserves more than 5 stars. The location couldn't be better to get straight out to lots of beaches, bars etc. St Ives streets are small and traffic is restricted 930am to 4pm on the street but outside these times we found it easy to unload then booked a parking space 10 mins walk away on JustPark. The view has to be seen, it's even better than it looks... when people stop at the balcony for a picture you know it's the perfect spot - and we helped take a couple of pictures for them from above! The best thing was having a nice glass of wine on the armchairs with the windows open and listening to the waves and watching the change in tides. Spa bathroom was unreal as was everything really. Already looking at dates to come back! We also enjoyed Johns Wine Bar, The Host (had great live music), Mor Beach Cafe for morning rolls and James King for beautiful St Ives jewellery. Thanks again David we loved it all!

We stayed 3 nights at Tara’s. Absolutely stunning property. Great location….10 minute walk into town and 12 mins to the supermarket. Property had everything you would want for a stay. Big shout out for the fab bathroom…the shower was amazing, and everything was spotless. Highly recommended. Thanks very much for everything Tara. 🙂

Just a perfect week despite the mixed weather. A week of relaxation in beautiful surroundings. Just what we needed

We loved staying at the property. It was bright and clean, and uncluttered. It had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped. The weather was changeable while we were there, but we felt very cosy when needed. The location is fantastic, we had come down by train, and were able to walk to Marazion. We also had access to the Penzance bus, which we used on our last day to get to the train station. There are also local shops and pubs within walking distance. Karly and her family were very friendly, we felt we could have approached them if we had needed anything. They had very thoughtfully left a bottle of wine and milk for when we arrived. We will be returning to Cornwall in the future, and would stay at this property again, it was such good value for money for the high standard of accommodation.

Absolutely loved our stay at Dans place, anything we needed him and Gary were super responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend!

We had a truly superb stay! The apartment was immaculately clean and incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Danielle and Mark were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. We particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, the wonderful hot shower, and the bonus of a private garden where we could unwind. The location was perfect, with a beautiful, golden-sand beach just a walk away – it was lovely to sit at the bar there and admire the view. The scenic public footpath to St Ives was also a real highlight.

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica's place. The cottage was beautiful and bigger than expected. It had everything we needed and the location was ideal. (Parking on Charles Street takes a little confidence but there was always a space.) Veronica was really clear and helpful. We'd love to stay again!

Had a great stay at Paul's place over the weekend, despite the mixed weather. The flat is warm and cosy with a really well-equipped kitchen, nice big TV for those evenings in, and everything we needed for the stay. Everything was super-clean and tidy, bedding was great and beds comfortable. The location is perfect in Penzance - really convenient for the railway station and everything in town including great restaurants and pubs are easily walkable. The location is on the sea-front road which runs towards the harbour, but there was little traffic and no noise at night time, and being on the front, the view across the bay is amazing. Paul was a great host, very responsive and even allowed us into the apartment early since we were already in town. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely apartment with fabulous views over Carbis Bay and St Ives. Everything that we needed for a restful and relaxing holiday, very tastefully fitted out, and well appointed place to stay. We had such a lovely stay! The accommodation was as described, really clean with beautiful art. The view from the garden was stunning. Jane was so friendly & helpful from the moment we booked. Carbis Bay beach is a short walk away with restaurants looking out over the sea. It's so easy to get around, the station is a quick walk away & less than 5 minutes to get into St Ives. The location was perfect for us, we spent a day travelling around to Lands End & St Michael's Mount. Everything was perfect, would definitely recommend & would love to stay again!

Mariners Watch was in a perfect location for our visit to the Minack and Porthcurno cove. Enjoyable visit to St Michaels Mount. Mel was easy to communicate with. Welcoming touches of wine and beer awaiting us. An american style fridge proved very useful as nearest supermarkets are 30 minutes drive in Penzance. There is a small shop/post office in St Buryan.

Lovely relaxing break It’s difficult to add anything new to the already fabulous reviews. Beth and Mark made our stay exceptional, their warmth, knowledge and hospitality were in a class of their own. The apartment is just gorgeous, situated in a picturesque spot, overlooking the beach, with beautiful gardens and plants. It is stylish, fresh, clean, comfortable and very homely and they have thought of everything, we really didn’t want for anything. We really hope to have the opportunity to visit and stay again. Thank you. Forgot to say it was my wife’s big birthday and she loved it, so thank you, I’m in the good books again. Best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in.

A lovely little flat which was very clean and well equipped. Eleanor was friendly and helpful. The welcome pack was a nice touch. Very handy location near the Art school. I would not recommend to a nervous driver though. Difficult entry and exit.
