The bedroom has a queen size bed and the sofa has a memory foam queen size pull out bed. We’ve added a desk in the dining room and a cute coffee bar in the kitchen. You can enjoy the enclosed front porch while relaxing in the rocking chairs. We have a full size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen .

It’s only 5 miles to I70, 3 miles to Indiana State University, 7 miles to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and 6 miles to Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. It’s also just half a mile away from The Landing. The home features a full kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.
