Very tasteful, clean accommodation, the surrounding area is pleasant and peaceful. Close to Bayeux for shopping if needed. If we have to come back to Normandy, we'll stop here again.

Quiet, peaceful rural location in the village of Vaux-sur-Seulles. Short drive from the Normandy beaches and only a few minutes from the N13 which takes you all to Carentan/Utah beach in under 45 mins. Veronique greeted us on arrival and showed us around the converted barn which was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and with all modern facilities. A great place to stay if you don't want to be overwhelmed by tourists in the main towns but simply visit the area and return to a calm, quiet place in the evenings.

From the warmth of the welcome, the beautiful house and amazing gardens, the history, the graciousness of the building and the generosity of our hosts. It was impeccable. If you are visiting the Normandy beaches I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. A truly special place that will stay with you for weeks afterwards.
