We are Marie & Martin, we share our 43m2 apartment which is located in the Pierre & Vacances residence in the heart of Saint-Martin. Ideally located, it is quiet in the city and only a 5-minute walk from the port, market and shops. As Marie is a fan of decor, each room has been thoughtfully furnished! The residence's amenities are freely accessible: 28°C heated pool, sauna & steam room, fitness room and indoor games for children

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily).
