Modern Eco Tiny House

This beautiful eco tiny house is a modern version of the traditional Australian shed. It is built entirely by hand, complete with restored furniture & bamboo floors. Surrounded by greenery, it is split-level, with a mezzanine bedroom, small modern kitchen & bathroom. Its private but not totally secluded as you will sometimes see one of us walk past. NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

This is the private, self-contained guest suite of a large family home. Our property has a shared secure entrance from the street and the guest suite has its own entrance door, deck, travertine stone shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge and a small built-in robe. Queen-size bed, wall-mounted smart TV, reverse cycle air-con and a small BBQ on the deck. Laundry facilities available if you need. Minimum 2-night stay and 12% discount for 7 nights or more. Buses are all close and the river ferry takes you to UQ or a ride into the city and beyond. Our space is quiet, well treed with herb gardens, a frog pond, birds, and lots of native wildlife. This quiet, beautiful & spacious studio is private and peaceful. You have your own entrance and the whole space to yourself so it's perfect for those who would prefer to be private. It’s 13km from the CBD, close to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, next to a park, and only 8 mins walk to a main bus route. It's close to Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens and Boulevard wedding venues and within Uber eats radius. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac with on-street parking.

Impeccable Modern 1 Bedroom Apartment ~ Taringa

Our modern house was designed + purpose built with a completely separate, self-contained 1 Bedroom ‘apartment’ (it’s more like a 1-bedroom house). The previous owners built the property to have their Mum stay in the self-contained 1 bedroom, giving them separation while still next door.
