A light, spacious and quiet self contained apartment moments walk from Hastings Pier, the beach and within easy walking distance to the restaurants, pubs and shops of both Hastings Old Town and St Leonards. With it's own front door, you're welcome to come and go as you please. The property is on a lovely row of Victorian villas in a Conservation Area which overlooking the sea and the pier.

A spacious bed is dressed in soft white linens and a light pink quilt, complemented by decorative pillows. Two bedside lamps provide gentle illumination. A wall-mounted TV is visible above the bed, while towels are neatly arranged at the foot of the bed.

It's newly refurbished with a private entrance and lock key box, only 2 minutes walk from the train, 3 minutes from bars, restaurants and shopping, and 6 from the beach. With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

Situated in the heart of St Leonards, less than 5 mins to Warrior Square train station, 2 mins to shops, bars, cafes and the sea, and just 10mins from the pier.
