This light and airy sunny room has its own entrance exclusively for our guests, via a pair of french doors off a patio, also exclusively for guests use. ensuite shower room and super king size bed. the room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa in super king size bed, or a evening beverage on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.

An artistic retreat 5 mins walk to the sea

Our house is a converted shop, built in 1830. We live five minutes walk from the sea and cafes, restaurants, cinemas and art galleries on fashionable Norman Road. We serve croissants, butter and jam or marmalade and coffee and tea for breakfast and there are tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. The bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, writing desk, chair and very comfortable double bed and a stylish en-suite shower room. We do not share our kitchen with Airbnb guests.

The dining area does not have a kitchen but does include a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, crockery and seating. Our Victorian house with its many original features is ideally located on the West Hill. The Old Town with its charming alleyways, vintage shops, pubs and restaurants is only a 6 minutes walk from the house. The house and the guest bedroom with its wooden floorboard have been attractively decorated. The bedroom has a tea/coffee facilities and a modern en-suite.
