Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint Lawrence River

Homey open concept home where you van listen to the river while you take a dip in the cedar hot tub. I also enjoyed the deep soaking tub, closeness to the Von Trappe Famiky Lodge, and the milk brother for my morning coffee.

We loved staying at this location! The setting was private and peaceful. The house was beautiful and it seemed like they had thought of everything. It was great to have the canoe and kayaks and of course we also loved the indoor and outdoor showers and indoor and outdoor fire options. This place was a splurge but I would say definitely worth it!

We loved our stay at Hubert’s home! It was cozy and the view was so nice and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/eating. The beds were cozy and enough seating space to have some new friends over. Everything we needed was at most a 7 minute drive away - good restaurant options, cafes and grocery stores. We look forward to coming back again! (Bonus: the neighbors were so nice!)

Our family had a fantastic time at your stunning home. The pictures didn’t do it justice! From the stunning views to all the wonderful amenities, we couldn’t have picked a better place to enjoy time with our family. Relaxing on the deck with our dog, kayaking, going in the hot tub - it was perfect. Matthew was extremely attentive and responsive to all of our questions. We can’t wait to return! It exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! Everything was absolutely clean and well-maintained, which made the comfort immediately noticeable. The furnishings are tastefully selected. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view of the St. Lorenz Strom. We can fully recommend this cottage.

The Boathouse was everything with all of its special details, cleanliness, and amenities to make for a memorable stay! Location to the small towns was convenient and the view from the Boathouse never got old whether it was early morning, raining or evening. A trip worth visiting the Boathouse again!

We had a great stay! The house is well outfitted with everything you need, clean and comfortable for the two of us and our pup. We made good use of the grill and fire pit in the evenings, and the sauna was really nice (we had a hard time getting the fire going, but I think that was user error). The trail down to the creek is steep but worth it—so beautiful and special. Near so many great trails and of course the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Neither words nor photos accurately capture this fantastic apartment. Lives larger than it looks. Every architectural detail is creatively crafted and well articulated. Sunny, bright and beautiful views from all windows. Well located, easy walking to shops, restaurants, museums, bakeries, coffee shops and the waterfront. Communication with Alice was effortless. Highly recommend for your next visit to Portland. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing location central to everything! Danielle was incredibly helpful. She even arranges a work table as we were going to be working on our remote jobs during the day. Lived that we were able to be on the Mount Royal trails in under 15 min. The apartment itself is lovely and sitting by the window seeing all the activity below while drinking our morning coffee became one of our favorite things to do.

We loved our stay at Walden Farm. It was clean and comfortable and the view is spectacular. The primary bedroom has a huge glass window looking out on it, which is incredibly relaxing, and a delicious breeze floated through the windows on two sides. We also found Vivian a Super Host worthy of the term: she was always responsive, usually within just a few minutes, and her suggestions for where to hike, go out to dinner, etc., were right on. Plus, she's a delightful person. (:>) My husband and I would highly recommend Walden Farm.

We had a great stay. The apartment is in an excellent location and is well-maintained. Julie and her partners were extremely helpful and responded to every one of our questions and requests. While there are 3 bedrooms, the living space is quite small and has limited seating other than the dining table and chairs.

Great stay spent in this charming little corner that is Kamouraska! The apartment is perfectly located and meets all our needs, we were able to enjoy our stay here with a light mind. Thank you Samuel for hosting us for this beautiful stay. We'll be back for sure!

This is the second time we have stayed at Meghan’s and it’s so retro and a great location. We highly recommend it! Plus she has a cute vintage shop below the apartment.

The loft is super charming and located in a prime location on Rue St Jean, above shopping and restaurants. Comfortable home for the three of us adults. Easy walking distance to Dufferin Plaza, Frontenac, Rue de Champlain. We also walked to the Citadel, and Plains of Abraham, though those locations were farther away. Suggest earplugs for sleeping if not accustomed to street noise. The street was closed to traffic off and on while we were there, as there was a festival going on. If you arrive by car, suggest parking it at the the D'Youville parking garage and walking to the flat, as was suggested by host Julie.

Location is perfect, right infront of the mountain. Very clear instrictions for check in. Also they provided with a link which gives insights about the area, restaurants , things to do.

We loved Johanne’s place! Perfect for a family of 4. Great location! Very walkable to many amazing restaurants, shopping and art galleries. Garage parking was very convenient. Secure building. Johanne was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

They condo was one of the best 3 we have ever stayed in. We loved and appreciated all the little touches. We were extremely grateful for the wine, chocolates, cookies...it was nice to discover this after our drive. The condo was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and it truly is a home away from home. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and didn't want to leave yet! It's a nice 1/2 mile walk to the lake and ice cream:). Restaurants, grocery store and other retail is about a 1 mile walk. We absolutely loved the location. We hope to be back again.

Mathiu's place is super clean and very well-equipped. You have everything you need for cooking, laundry, swimming, BBQ, etc. It's also well-located, about 5 minutes of driving and 22 minutes of walking to Old quebec attractions. Supermarket, pharmacy are just around the corner. But it's right beside a main street, it's a bit noise in early mornings. And there is a homeless center behind the parking building. It will be appreciated if there are some earplugs and shower caps. We've stayed two nights, and all in all it's a pleasant experience, highly recommended!

This was an amazing stay thanks to serge and his charming, convenient property. Everything is close by, including the must see spots in town and a great selection of restaurants. We didn’t use the car park pass, but having one clearly is valuable. We also got great recommendations from serge which proved handy. The place is exactly as described and felt warm and cozy for our needs. All in all, a great find and we would heartily recommend the place for all, including families with teenagers and small children.

Great unit located in a very nice part of Montreal. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and the neighbourhood is quite peaceful as well. The unit itself has lots of natural light and is well equipped. Would definitely recommend Sophie’s place for anyone visiting Montreal!
