Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Saint Lawrence River

Great location in the lower town for those who have 1 vehicle. Parking space is a real plus. In 1 modern building, the apartment does not overlook Avenue Charrest and therefore is relatively quiet and allows you to open the bay window that overlooks the balcony without fear of traffic noise (very dense on this axis). Very bright, well-equipped with cleaning products available, nice furniture, comfortable bedding (although, from my point of view, the sheets are a little small for the size of the bed…), beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower. 1 nice room at the entrance to leave suitcases, coats, shoes… extremely practical. Lots of shops (including 1 excellent bakery a few steps away and 1 grocery store), restaurants, bars nearby. Despite the presence of many homeless people and/or drug addicts, we never felt unsafe. Hosts are responsive and respond quickly to questions. Simple check-in and check-out.

Very peaceful place to stay. I honestly booked it because it was my halfway stop between NB and Ontario and did not expect to stay at such a beautiful place. It is a cottage like area with lots of beautiful houses and a lake. The locals seemed nice. The only thing to be aware of which is not the hostess fault is the water is not drinkable and the pipes smell. Just make sure you take filtered or water bottles with you before the shop close. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Loved staying here! The place was super clean and the views of downtown were amazing. It’s in a great spot — I could walk to pretty much everything I needed. Absolutely fantastic stay! The place was immaculately clean — you could tell right away that a lot of care goes into keeping it spotless. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Every detail was so thoughtfully planned out, from the comfy bedding to the well-equipped kitchen. You can really tell the host goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout — super easy check-in, and any questions we had were answered quickly and kindly. Honestly one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at in terms of cleanliness and location. You really can’t get better in terms of location. The views of the plaza and surrounding town are wonderful. My wife and our 1 year old really enjoyed this stay. We can’t wait to come back and we will try to stay here again.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

we were in the area for work and didn't like the accommodations we originally had; luckily, we found this gem and decided to book it at the last minute for our last night, the hot tub was great. The place was spotless.I would definitely go back

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jay's place. The sunsets are beautiful and it is a very calming place, inside and out. We definitely recommend staying here.

What a magical place superb maison is! The island is just lovely and quiet but still so close to Quebec. the PERFECT escape. the gorgeous farms, architecture, fresh local produce, exquisite restaurants, bakeries and fromageries are like stepping back in time. A real joy and so peaceful.

Spent 5 days for a siblings/partners get-together in March. The place was excellent for our needs. Lots of space for everyone, big bedrooms with comfy beds and very quiet between floors. The scenery was beautiful from with the spring thaw of the river underway. Nancy, our host, was very helpful and super responsive. We all said that we should come back in the summer or autumn to fully enjoy the property and surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Great long weekend - the perfect “staycation” for relaxation. The walk down to the water was beautiful, the views are truly wonderful, location was awesome. Easy ride to the state park. Always nice to find a home where we can bring the dog, and have it be clean and well cared for! Hot tub did not disappoint.

Great stay in this beautiful apartment! The stone walls are beautiful! The mattresses and linens and blankets are very comfortable! It's renovated with very high quality materials! It's very clean! And there were all the amenities advertised. Loved our stay! Great restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the water. All of Old Quebec is within walking distance and without having to take the car, it's wonderful! There are steps to climb yes but not 2 landings, but rather 3-4 steps for the lobby + 1 landing to access the unit, so a nice surprise for us to see that we had already arrived on the right landing when we thought we had more to climb! Washing machine, laundry soap, dish soap and dishwasher, garbage bag, paper towels are all items we loved having provided by the host. A big thank you, we'll be back!

My third time there. We visit the Basilica which a short ride away and the city which is very easy to get to. All is near. Them place is spacious and ample. Deck is open great view.

Very nice apartment arranged and tastefully decorated. Everything was perfect. Located a 15-minute drive from Old Quebec and right next to Montmorency Falls, we had a pleasant stay. i highly recommend this listing.

We had an excellent stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It was very clean and bright, thanks to the big windows that let in lots of daylight and sunshine. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants and popular sites. The kitchen was well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. Very happy with our visit and would definitely recommend!

This place is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, so we felt comfortable like we were at home for three weeks. It was nice that there was a golf course nearby, and there were walking trails around the ski resort, so we spent time healing naturally while we were there. The accommodation facilities were clean and nice.
