Very responsive and friendly hosts by messages. The accommodation is very well positioned to get back and forth between Monaco and Nice. Everything was great!!

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Beautiful house, everything matches the photos and description. Impeccable cleanliness, good bedding and quality equipment. The host Gérard is welcoming, available and above all very responsive. We encountered a small electricity problem on arrival which was quickly resolved thanks to Gérard's responsiveness. We only spent one night because we were only visiting for the weekend but we would have gladly stayed longer. Ideal house for holidays with family or groups of friends. I recommend it. The host was very friendly and gave us a clear walk-through on arrival, helping us quickly understand the house and its facilities. The space is large inside and out — even the basement has a games area and laundry. Great for families with kids and adults. Rare to find two fully equipped kitchens! All bedrooms have en-suites and the place was spotless. The living room is cosy with enough space for everyone. The outdoor area is private and peaceful, and the pool is long enough for a proper swim. A high-quality holiday home — well-designed, clean, and ideal for groups. Highly recommended!

Fantastic accommodation with an incredible view. We had breakfast and many meals on the terrace and enjoyed the outstanding views. The house is very cozy and it is close to nice restaurants and small shops and galleries. Two bakeries nearby where we could buy our breakfast bread every morning was a big plus. A nice village to walk in and enjoy the old houses. We enjoyed the house very much. A small wish is that the lower terrace had been prepared so that we could have used it. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to enjoy the nice house and the nice village.

The listing is even better than in the description. It is really suitable for children (high chair, baby bed, games, books, potty, baby dishes...) and it is rare to have so much available in an accommodation: breakfast (bread, nutella, nespresso capsule) and bathroom (shampoos, hair care, soaps, and even toothpaste!) everything was perfect.

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and welcoming, Régine was very good at hosting us and even advised us what to do in the area, I would recommend it without hesitation. 😊

A very nice stay. Very nice location. A nice accommodation in a well-maintained property. The highlight of this accommodation is the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the beautiful and large terrace.

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

Outstanding stay!! The house itself was beautiful - fantastic outdoor spaces with beautiful views, great beds, great pool, and a well appointed kitchen. It is easily walkable to the charming little town nearby, with its great restaurants and shops. Perfect for a multigenerational stay. Floortje was a wonderful host, she was incredibly helpful with any questions and needs we had. She went above and beyond for us. We will absolutely stay here again!!!

Absolutely phenomenal view from the Villa! It’s a bit of a trek to get up to it but it sure is worth it. Perfect for a big family or a group of friends.

I booked it for a surprise birthday for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The views are breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. We will be delighted to come back and spend a few days in this beautiful house as soon as we have the opportunity

Our stay with Carina was perfect! The place is exactly as described and the loft is super equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

High ceilings, private backyard, nice pool, and great kitchen area. 5 min walk to Juan Les Pins village. Great for families. Air con is in the bedrooms and you can leave doors open to allow for full house to be cooled. There are 4 showers and 2 toilets. Loved our stay here. The garden is beautiful.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. It was so lovely waking up to the beautiful views and we loved the pool. Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Fantastic accommodation with magical views. Nice pool, which was very good for the kids. Quick communication with the host Florence, when we had questions or concerns. The accommodation definitely met our expectations. A car was required to get everywhere (at least if you have children), and the village is cozy with a few different beaches and restaurants. The cleaning was not 100% when we arrived, so the cleaning lady had to come back the next day (which the host solved very quickly and well). And that we had some problems with the electricity, which affected the AC, but it also resolved during the week. As I said, we are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend the accommodation, the location and the host.

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

A magical view! It’s just outside the hustle and bustle of Menton, but you can still hear the waves from the beach at night. We spent hours watching the super yachts in the bay and the people on the beach. It’s a strenuous walk back up the hill but completely worth it knowing that that view awaits you.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended
