We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Philippe's cottage. We sadly ran into some travel issues that reduced our stay to just one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The hosts were very flexible and accommodating with our travel issues and allowed us to store our bags there past checkout - it was so helpful and very kind! Their daughter greeted us with some croissants and lavender when we arrived, which was a very thoughtful gesture after the stress of our flight. The area is so quiet and private, and the pool is lovely with great views. The location of the AirBnB is also great - Vence is a wonderful area that really transports you back in time. We also enjoyed saying hello to Macintosh and Prunelle! :) Overall, a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts - I would recommend to anyone!

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable et accueillante, Régine a très bien su nous accueillir et nous a même conseiller quoi faire dans les environs , je recommande sans hésitation. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved swimming in the pool to cool off after sightseeing in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils to cook in the outdoor kitchen. The setting is beautiful with a fantastic garden with interesting plants and flowers and a view of Nice and the sea on a clear day.

Sylvie hat uns sehr nett empfangen obwohl wir vier Stunden Verspätung hatten. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in dem mit Liebe gemachten und gepflegten sehr hübschen Garten. Die Wohnung, welche sehr stilvoll und spirituell eingerichtet ist, beinhaltet komplett alles was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Gerne haben wir das Spa genutzt, besonders bei praller Sonne da es im Haus ist und dazu eine sehr schöne Aussicht bietet. Ein eigener Parkplatz in der ruhigen privaten Lage runden den angenehmen Aufenthalt ab. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux ! Des personnes charmantes, bienveillantes et disponibles, avec de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région. L’appartement est superbe, conforme à la description, très bien équipé, et la vue depuis la terrasse est absolument sublime. Le cadre est exceptionnel, idéal pour les amoureux de nature, de randonnée et de tranquillité. Il faut aimer marcher et grimper un peu, mais les paysages sont à couper le souffle. Pas de commerces immédiats, mais tout reste accessible à pied (avec un peu de cardio), en transport ou en voiture. Les plages aux alentours sont magnifiques : pensez à prendre des chaussures pour les galets ! Une très belle découverte. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

This place is such a gem. It’s spacious and well-appointed with everything you could need for your stay. It would be very comfortable for a long term stay, too. The bed is comfortable, air conditioning perfect, and it’s a peaceful and private location. The apartment itself has so much personality and charm. Edith was incredibly responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Can’t recommend enough!

Liebe Frederique und lieber Olivier, wir vermissen eure schöne und charaktervolle Wohnung jetzt schon! Acht Tage Nizza schienen uns lang, waren aber viel zu kurz. Gern würden wir viel länger eintauchen in die spannende und freundliche Nachbarschaft und in die faszinierende Architektur der Stadt. Und am Wasser spazieren gehen, mit einem Glas Wein am Strand sitzen, das gute Essen in kleinen Restaurants genießen... Nizza sieht uns auf jeden Fall wieder und wenn wir Glück haben, auch eure Wohnung :) Danke euch beiden für die immer schnelle und präzise Kommunikation und Olivier für's Abholen an der Tram-Station, für den Koffer-Service im Treppenhaus(!!) und die Flasche Rosé zur Begrüßung. Ihr seid tolle Gastgeber!

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

We had a lovely week staying here, the surroundings are beautiful and it was amazing to have access to the pool. Catherine was very friendly and accommodating, providing tips and even food when we arrived late. We will definitely come back!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in den Bergen und bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick. Der angrenzende Garten ist zum Entspannen hervorragend geeignet. Generell ist es eine äußerst ruhige Gegend, welche ungefähr eine Stunde von Nizza entfernt liegt. Obwohl die Anfahrt etwas sportlich ist, gewöhnt man sich nach kurzer Zeit daran. Man sollte nur immer ausreichend im Tank haben. Die Kommunikation mit Renaud ist problemlos erfolgt und er hat sofort seine Hilfe angeboten, falls es Fragen gegeben hätte. Schlussendlich kann man die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Dies trifft besonders auf Leute zu, die Spaß an der Natur und bergigen Landschaften haben.

I cannot describe in words how beautiful and amazing our stay was, but I will try. The location: Beautiful place. House located uphill but there are buses from the centre (close to the beach) that leaves you close to the house. We just walked uphill each day and cooled off in the pool later ;) Sergia was kind enough to offer picking us up from the centre a few times too but the walk is quite nice. The house: Exactly as described and as in pictures. Serene garden, cute pool, well stocked kitchen and cozy interiors. This villa comes with a terrace with a sea view, a beautiful front garden. The other villa has a slightly larger front garden. Since no one was in the other villa, Sergia let us go in there as well. There is a common garden out front with the pool. Everything was beautiful and cozy. The hosts: Sergia and Orso were so kind, I cannot explain it. Sergia baked us some cake and cut us some fruit. Because we were late to get there, Orso even went grocery shopping for us.

Beautiful apartment with great views, very peaceful surroundings and a lovely pool area and private outdoor area. Yvan and Peter are very friendly and make great hosts. Quite a long drive up a very windy mountain road to get to the Airbnb but becomes a lot easier with practice and the Airbnb was easy to find with clear instructions on how to check in! Perfect location for day trips to all the towns on the Côte d’Azur!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We had a winderful night at this villa. The bost was an amazing women who let ys to be flexible for check-in and check-out. Warm welcoming with her family. At the end, a great green tea from the host ended our journey over there. Hope to see you and your amazing villa again !

This was our third time staying at Valerie’s house and we loved it as much as we did on our previous visits. Beautiful house, garden and the pool is wonderful. The villa is very well-equipped and clean and the communication is always prompt and helpful. We’ll be back next year!

Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft um hauptsächlich Rennrad zu fahren. Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein. Wir haben das Hauptbett und das Bettsofa verwendet. Das ging sehr gut und wir haben beide sehr gut geschlafen. Wir haben jeden Abend selber gekocht und auch gefrühstückt. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten an Küchenutensilien. Ein Highlight war die Dachterasse. Da in der Nachbarschaft Wiesen und Bäume vorhanden sind gab es verschiedene Vogelarten zu beobachten. Sogar grüne Kanarienvögel! Die Kommunikation per Airbnb-Nachricht verlief einwandfrei mit Delphine. Wir waren etwas überrascht, wie nahe ein dreistöckiges Haupthaus an das kleine Häuschen gebaut war. Es ist ca. 3mm von der Hauptfensterfront des Häuschens entfernt und auf den Fotos so nicht ersichtlich . Das Haus war aber auch schatten-spendend. Gerade für die Essenszeiten draussen war dies sehr angenehm. Der Pool liegt auf der anderen Seite des Haupthauses. Die Poollandschaft lädt sehr zum verweilen ein.

Alloggio con vista mozzafiato. Pensiamo sicuramente uno dei migliori del residence. Fantastico terrazzino dove pranzare con vista su mare e piscina. Appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo con belle stoviglie e con tutto quanto serve in cucina. All'arrivo siamo state accolte da aperitivo di benvenuto: vino e salatini. Bagno piccolino ma nuovo con bellissima e grande doccia. Sara gentile e disponibilissima ogni volta che l'abbiamo contattata. Insomma, da consigliare agli amici e...speriamo di ritornarci!

La réalité est beaucoup mieux que les photos ! Certains s'en plaindrons, mais la quarantaine de marches, indispensables à l'accès à la maison, se fait vite oublier grâce au point de vue rare, privilégié et hypnotique sur la baie de Villefranche sur Mer, ses eaux claires et les yachts amarrés, sans aucun vis à vis. La maison est redoutablement bien équipée en mobilier, électroménager, ustensiles de cuisines et de salle de bain. Autre chose : 2 places de parking dédiées à la maison, très rares et utile dans la région, qui plus est en haute saison. Le centre ville historique et la plage sont accessibles à pieds en 20mn et prévoir 25 à 30mn pour la remontée. Le bateau est à l'image de la maison, propre, confortable, spacieux et bien équipé Enfin, Jean-Pierre est un hôte remarquable, disponible et attentionné.
