If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

The place is peaceful, especially thanks to the river that allows you to refresh yourself pleasantly and the ruins of the Château de Tiffauges, the visit of which is not to be missed! The owners of the premises are very welcoming and do their utmost to make the stay as pleasant as possible. (Thank you again for taking care of our dog during the Puy du Fou visit!). The documentation provided by Viviane for both household appliances and outing ideas was very helpful to us.
