Welcome to The Salt Box. Our lovely little annexe.Great location-20min walk to Porth Beach, short drive to Newquay and town beaches,10min to Watergate-Fistral in either direction. Good access to A30 to explore Cornwall without getting stuck in town traffic/paying for parking. The annexe is attached to our family home but with it's own separate entrance and small private decking area. The space has been recently renovated and is a light and bright space, perfect for exploring gorgeous Cornwall.

A single-story bungalow is showcased with a clean white exterior, set against a clear blue sky. The large front window offers a view of the spacious interior, while the surrounding lawn features low-maintenance greenery and outdoor seating for enjoyment.

The ocean view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The coastal path is right here too (1-minute walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're only a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. We sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members).

The Garden Retreat is a lovely, recently created space providing guests with their own private garden and seating, a comfy bedroom, including sofa area and ensuite with a large shower. We are in a fantastic location close to great amenities and a 5-10 min walk from 3 stunning beaches. It is part of our home, has it's own entrance and is separate to the main house. We will share a garden path and you may well see us out and about but we will leave you relaxed and peaceful to enjoy your own space

It’s 104 yards from Porth beach and the entrance to the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist gather with their cameras to capture that perfect sunset. This location really is as good as it gets! Guests can also borrow the Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Little Barn is a beautiful one bedroom barn, down a leafy lane and at the bottom of our garden. We are a short stroll to Porth Beach and within walking distance of several other beaches. A wonderful warm, cosy & comfortable space. The ideal place for a break at any time of the year. Wake up to bird song, take an early morning stroll down the beach, a leisurely walk along the coastal path or simply unwind with a cup of coffee in our beautiful garden or at one of the local cafes.

We stayed for three nights while visiting Newquay and couldn’t have asked for a better base. The photos were exactly as shown, everything was spotless, and it had all the essentials we needed for a really comfortable stay. I was travelling with my young daughter and we both felt very at home. A smooth and easy experience — thank you!

Loved staying here for a few days this week. Fantastic property. Exactly as described. Met by host on arrival. Great comms before getting there and to arrange check out. Coastal path and beach is walkable, which was great for the evenings in the hot weather. Would definitely stay again.

Luxury Newquay beach house: family, surf, walking

We had a fantastic 5 nights in this wonderful house. It's a beautifully refurbished home that manages to be authentically Victorian, comfortable and cozy. It doesn't even feel like a typical Airbnb in that it feels lived in and we immediately felt at home there. It was lovely to have a garden to relax in. The house was heated well and has everything you need for a comfy stay. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was lovely with a proper Victorian style bath and rainfall shower. Every item of furniture was clearly chosen with both aesthetics and comfort in mind. The surrounding area is peaceful, yet well connected to all that Cornwall has to offer. And there are lots of lovely places to eat nearby. Culinary star Padstow is just a short drive away too. Maddi's communication was warm, helpful and proactive and I never waited more than half an hour for a response. I couldn't recommend this place more. I'd LOVE to come back and I hopefully will! Thank you!
