Le studio avec mezzanine est situé au fond de notre jardin. Environnement très calme. Rue sécurisée. Nous serons à votre disposition si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Vous aurez de quoi boire un petit thé ou café en arrivant. Il n y a pas de plaque de cuisson. Les premiers commerces sont à 1.5 km. et le centre ville à 2 km. Saint Philbert de Grand lieu est situé entre Nantes (20min) et l'Océan Atlantique (20min). De belles ballades sont à proximité à pieds entre parcs et campagnes !
