This stone accommodation is very pleasant, especially in hot weather, and its layout is well-suited for a stay for two. Comfortable bed and sufficient dishes. Peaceful place in the vegetation, ideal for visiting Padirac and Roquamadour less than 28 km away. Véronique is a welcoming and communicative host while being discreet. We would recommend it without hesitation.

We had a pleasant stay at Mees's. The place is quiet, perfect to unwind. Mees was great, full of good tips and very good cook: breakfast and dishes are worth it!

Cozy accommodation in the heart of Périgord Noir in a peaceful environment. Beautiful area and beautiful terrace. Lydia and Julien are very friendly and despite a long holiday weekend, they insisted on coming to see if everything was ok for us. Welcome with a bottle of wine. Linen and sheets that smell wonderfully good. On the other hand, wifi is a little tight for teleworking. I recommend it.

A haven of peace and greenery, spacious , comfortable and very well equipped. Great views of the countryside, and close to many pretty villages and hiking trails. Sandrine was very welcoming and caring with it, especially with our dog. We recommend it unreservedly.

We spent a two-day stopover, too short, on the way back from vacation, at the cottage, and what can I say except magnificent! The region, as well as the cottage where everything is perfect, where nothing is missing. Not to mention our hosts, Solange and Michel, who were very attentive, with homemade cakes on arrival, very kind and easy to talk to. Very good tips for visiting the area. We had a lovely stay at Pré des Noix. Upon our arrival, Alexandrine gave us all the instructions and made herself perfectly available during the stay. The small well-equipped house is lovely and peaceful, it is a real place of rest 2 steps from the Vézère Valley and its must-see tourist spots. Everything was perfect and we'll be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

We loved our month in Jamblusse, beautiful little village with a big church bell. The home has everything you need - multiple spaces to hang out, cook, dine, draw, play games etc. Our 2 year old son was in absolute heaven. Beautiful natural pool and lovely wood burner for cooler evenings. We’d highly recommend it for a break away.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to help us, even with getting breakfast sorted. Nothing was ever a problem, and their hospitality really made our trip extra special. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free experience!

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

House with lots of character, very well-equipped and very beautiful potential perfectly exploited. Laurence and Jean-Michel are very welcoming, considerate and available. Jean-Michel, a passionate bakery enthusiast, has concocted excellent pastries and bread for our breakfast. (Order on request). Great place for a great relaxing time. Lots of picturesque villages to visit nearby. Thank you, and I look forward to returning.

Our stay was perfect from the moment we received such a warm welcome from Sophie and Daniel. The house is beautiful and very luxurious with everything you could think of needing and more all of the highest quality. We were travelling with our 6 month old granddaughter and everything she needed was there, even some toys placed in the cot - adorable and so kind! Daniel brought us a delicious breakfast of pastries and fruit juice on our first morning which was so thoughtful. The garden is stunning with the pool being an absolute highlight and very welcome in 38 degree heat. The location is peaceful yet close to amenities and the town of Montabaun is only a short drive away. We made use of the bikes to explore the roads around the house. Outdoor living was very easy with a variety of places to sit, cook, eat and relax. We really can’t fault our stay and only wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1! Thank you so much for welcoming us in to your special home Sophie and Daniel.

Staying with Karen and Dorotha was a wonderful week. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy the nature, as well as beautiful towns and villages around the accommodation. We especially liked the quiet location and the relaxation opportunities. We appreciate the warm hospitality and pleasant communication.

Our stay was a lovely dream. The outdoor kitchen and pretty garden with bath was a place you might envisage in a fantasy. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates. Although the weather was unusually hot we were nice and cool within the traditional thick stone walls of the house. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the canoes floating round the bend of the the winding Dordogne river. We are very grateful for the experience. Thank you Steve and Eve. Great welcome by the hosts who live next door and are available if needed, very good communication, the house is very nice with a large comfortable living room for 8 and a well-equipped kitchen. 2 large quiet terraces with enough armchairs and deckchairs for everyone, we were able to eat outside and test the plancha. You can park easily next door, Cajarc is the perfect village for visiting the area: bars, restaurants, shops ( an excellent butcher), a new super nice bookstore... Fell in love with the house, its hosts and the village. Great value for money: it was perfect.

We had a great week in Cabrerets. Sunny and warm weather. The house stays incredibly cool and the terrace is pleasant. The house is very well-equipped and very quiet. But the big highlight is its location. Cabrerets is a very beautiful village, with great restaurants and shops, superb walking trails and the cherry on top, the Célé! On the activity side, we did canoeing thanks to kalapca 3 km from the cottage which offers plenty of other activities, we visited the cave of pech Merle, the sublime village of Saint Cirq Lapopie etc... in short a great week. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable in a peaceful country side location. There are plenty of beatiful villages and natural spots nearby with less than 1 hour driving. Amelie is a great host who welcomed us warmly and recommended a few nice places to visit.

My partner, our dog, and I spent a wonderful four weeks at the charming cottage in Anglars, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Florian had already lit the fireplace, which made for such a warm and welcoming arrival—and it was just the first of many thoughtful touches that made the place special. We were lucky to stay during May, when the cherry trees slowly turned red and ripe. The house itself has everything you need, and when we realized we were missing something—a moka pot for our morning coffee for example —Florian immediately made sure we had one. His kindness and attentiveness really stood out, as did his great tips for local things to do. One thing I truly appreciated was the care put into sustainability: organic cleaning products, locally sourced items throughout the house—these are details you rarely see, and they reflect a host who genuinely cares. We’re already looking forward to our next workation here.

Lovely hosts and beautiful, unique old house in tranquil, green, riverside location. We stayed with our dog for 4 weeks in May, we found plenty locally to visit/do/eat. Recommend the cheap bus rides from Larnagol: to Cahors and Figeac along the Lot. Veronique and Thierry were responsive when we needed help but gave us total privacy, very occasionally dropping in by arrangement to maintain the pretty garden. They speak better English than they think, too! Recommended 😁😁🐶
