Ângelo is a great host , responds super fast to all messages ! His father Michel who was also there to access if needed is a dear and very helpful gentleman! I lost near the night through the streets of Saint Barth and he went to rescue me because I had no internet or GPS ! It was cool! The house surprised me! The view is beautiful ! Super spacious , clean and equipped kitchen! I was inspired to cook and serve me as a delicious breakfast with every Sunrise ! Beautiful! It was a delightful stay, I will definitely return to enjoy more intensely the pleasures that Saint Barth brings us, soul , heart and mind ! Here everything connects ! One of the most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in! Extremely clean and has the most beautiful view! A good workout to get to the apartment but worth every second when you see the view. Max was extremely friendly and kind! Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

This was a great place to stay! Isabelle was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The place is in a great location and was exactly like in the photos. Excellent all around!

Sigolene was so responsive, she met us at our Airbnb to greet us and give us a tour. I can’t say enough good things about the location. You’re 2 minutes from Nikki beach. If you’re looking for location, this is the place for you.

Emmanuelle’s place was absolutely wonderful- truly even better than the photos! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Julien met us at the airport and brought us straight to the house, and he did the same for our departure. The home itself was beautifully arranged, fully equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Despite its central location, it felt very private and peaceful, with a lovely view and great separation between the rooms, giving everyone their own space. Julien was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, offering great local recommendations and always being available when needed. This place is totally worth the price- if not more!

Catherine’s place was great. It looks exactly like the pictures and has everything you need for a week stay or more. She was very responsive and easy to work with. It can get a bit loud at night but any place downtown Gustavia facing the street may be. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Catherine for sharing your place in St Barth’s with us!

Amazing location less than a 5 min drive from the airport. The condo is a 10 minute walk to Eden Rock, NIkki Beach, and shops. 10 minute drive to Gustavia (great area for shops and restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay. The condo spacious, really clean, and the back patio was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. The manager Emilie was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive, she went out of her way to pick us up from the airport, gives us great recommendations, take us to see one of the most beautiful sights on the island. She really helped to make our time in St Barts convenient and one to remember.

Francis and Dany's apartment is amazing, in a great location, comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped. As for the view of St Jean Bay, it's sublime!! 😍 1 unbeatable value for St Barth. Carla is extremely responsive to various requests (even the most unusual), such as telling me where the plates I couldn't find were!!😅 Thanks to her.🙏 As you can see, I loved my stay at Francis and Dany's, and will not hesitate to repeat the experience on my next visit.

Stop looking and book this flat! My wife and I stayed here in March 2025, and we can’t say enough good things about it. The flat is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view is just as stunning as in the listing—absolutely breathtaking! One of the best things about this flat is the location. We walked to Eden Roc for breakfast every morning (just an 8–10 minute walk). It’s also within easy walking distance to Nikki Beach, Le Guerite, and Eden Roc, with a short drive to Gustavia and other key spots. We rented a small car and had no trouble parking at the flat. Highly recommend—plus, the host was equally wonderful. Thank you!!

This place is better than the pictures and the parking space included is key if you rent a car. Close to everything and I would return
