My house is located in a residential area in Saint Aubin de Médoc , near Saint Médard en Jalles and Mérignac and is part of the CUB You will be 15 km from Bordeaux , 40 from Lacanau-Ocean and close to the vineyards of the Médoc I occupy one part of this house and rent the other part with kitchenette , independent access and enjoyment of the garden and its accessories : basketball basket, table tennis ,swing , pool , electric plancha Very calm holiday atmosphere

Renovated apartment in a quiet residence. Ideally located between land and sea, 25 minutes' drive from Bordeaux city center and 35 minutes from the nearest beach L'acanau Ocean / Lake. There is also the Médoc Wine Route with many castles to visit. Apartment that can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a large bedroom with closet and double bed and a large sofa bed. Facing west, you can enjoy the sun on the small terrace.

25 m2 independent studio at the edge of the woods

Accommodation in a pleasant neighborhood outside of St Médard (Magudas). An adjoining staircase will lead you to the studio, accessible via a separate entrance through the garden. The dog will warn of your arrival and then be very affectionate. Careful cleaning with disinfection before your arrival.
