Studio in a private house.

The studio is located on the floor of our house, with independent entrance (new outdoor staircase with anti-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. We also rent a room that is on the same landing (see Room in private house on Airbnb)

Charming village house in central France, 15 minutes from the A71 motorway. Includes an equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, TV and sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, 1 bedroom and bathroom. Outdoor courtyard with barbecue. Ideally located for exploring the surrounding area. There is also a bakery, grocery store and tobacco bar at your disposal. Possible to request a crib. Bed linen and towels are provided.

We will be happy to welcome you to our charming studio located 1 km from the village of Cérilly in the Allier and only 1 km from an exceptional forest, the Tronçais forest. This accommodation of 35 m² on the ground, adjoining our home but also independent , will be ideal for your holiday stays or trips . Please note, access to the bedroom is not recommended for elderly people or people with reduced mobility.

Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a barbecue. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.
