Everything went well, great place that hosts many!

Second stay at Julien's for another team. Everything was perfect, like the first time. The house is perfectly equipped and very nicely decorated and functional. Fluid and responsive communication.

We were lucky enough to discover this haven of greenery and tranquility for a weekend with friends. Between discoveries of Sancerre and activities offered within the house, we would have liked to extend the stay to continue enjoying the pool and various amenities. Fabienne was always very responsive and present, which allowed us to take possession of the premises in a serene and complete manner.

Small space with all the comforts you need. Private parking. Clear instructions. Not far from the pole to the stars and the artisanal manufacture of Nancey cakes, its church as well. Didn't have time to see the contemporary art gallery. The host is very responsive. Enjoy your stay. I would recommend it.

We better understand the status of "superhost" after a few days in Patricia's Garden. Patricia was very welcoming and always attentive to us. We feel very refreshed after these few days. Our kids spent their time in the pool and calendering Tokyo which is very affectionate. The garden is beautiful and the cottage is very well equipped for a family of 4 Parisians in need of greenery! A big thank you!

Perfect accommodation with a multitude of activities offered: swimming pool, foosball, billiards, poker table, piano, petanque court or badminton net… We had a great time in this peaceful place without any neighbors apart from the cows. We also really enjoyed the 3 bathrooms, for a group of 6. Even without air conditioning, the house keeps cool by leaving everything closed. The owner is very available. Small point of attention: for winter, it may be difficult to eat 6 on the dining room table, rather intended for 4. For us it was not a problem since we spent the weekend outside, where a table for 6 is available on the terrace.

A true haven of peace. This stay was an enchantment. The place is full of charm, with authentic architecture and a soothing atmosphere. The delicate smell of roses climbing on the facade added a magical touch. It felt completely disconnected from the world. Peace, nature, and beauty, everything came together for a peaceful and refreshing stay. I will come back without hesitation.

Excellent accommodation for those looking for calm and zen. The place is great and the hosts are extremely nice. We took all the options, and it makes the experience more than enjoyable to enjoy the accommodation and rest!

Cozy and welcoming Airbnb. We managed to park right next door. The accommodation is ideally located close to the center. The hot tub and air conditioning were already on when we arrived, which was a real advantage. The bedroom and bathroom offer a generous space. In short, it's a place I would recommend. We'll be back. Diane and Sebastien's house is a little touch of heaven, peaceful, beautiful, and serene...And they are wonderful hosts. We had such a great stay which was not long enough. The house is situated directly along a clear, fresh flowing stream that is so relaxing to gaze upon and sit along. It is also nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen and the cozy bedroom is extremely comfortable. There is a lot to see in the area: vineyards, little villages, walking and cycling paths and above all the beautiful town of Sancerre. Looking forward to a return visit!

the listing is as described. It's very cute and well arranged: you don't realize the proximity of the neighbors. The pond at the end of the garden allows you to observe wild animals. it's good on the ground floor of the house. there are many activities around.

Thanks to Mylène for her availability, the house is cozy and practical, 15 minutes from Bourges. Perfect for family vacations with kids.

Laurence is a generous and fantastic host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! She provided lots of recommendations for food, wine tasting, and sightseeing. Her decoration is impeccable and comfortable. Very fun to stay in a pastoral setting, still only 30 minutes to Bourges Cathedral.

Super friendly people. Despite the fact that we don't speak the French language, they did their best to have a chat with us. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Super beautiful location, wonderfully quiet and well cared for. I recommend everyone to stay here for a night.

Dominique and Patrick are a super sweet and friendly couple. The house and garden were even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was there and super clean! The garden was an oasis of peace, surrounded by the trees it was soon cool after the heat. The house also stayed nice and cool! We really enjoyed it; there was also a lot to do in the area! We'd love to come back!
