This place is quiet, clean and cozy. It matched the information provided about the listing: The glazed balcony and the spacious river landscape visible from all windows crown the whole. For those traveling by car, there is a parking space for the same price. Life is made easier by S-market across the street. It is open Mon-Sat from 7 am to 10 pm, Sun from 9 am to 10 pm. The distance between the accommodation and the city center is short. Just cross the river along the Suvantos bridge and we are already at the market. If you wish, you can leave your car in the parking lot and move around on foot without any parking problems. Communication with the hosts went smoothly without any problems. Very cozy apartment with everything you need. Finnish design and amazing old world gems in the interior! I listened to the radio a lot. The location was just right for my visit. Great place. Use of laundry helped a lot. I loved the bathroom. I didn’t use the kitchen, but it’s fully functional. The building is really clean and quiet. Close to great restaurants and shopping.

Really nice and tidy apartment in a good and quiet location.😊 Nice neighborhood! A short trip to the store and downtown services. Everything you need was found in the apartment. A big plus is the air heat pump and sauna! Check-in is easy and flexible thanks to the lockbox. We are really satisfied with this accommodation!😊

We stayed here for a night while travelling for business. The place is superb, very clean, a high quality home. Check-in was so convenient, the place was closely located to the city (by car) and plenty of space ensured we all had our privacy. Warm recommendation!

We spent a weekend here with a group of 12 friends and had an absolutely amazing time in these stunning surroundings. The place is beautifully designed and offers a wide range of activities for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the sauna with its gorgeous scenic view — a perfect way to relax and unwind. We also did yoga on the terrace, made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for group cooking, and had a blast playing yard games outside. This place truly has everything you need for a memorable getaway, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. It is a very quiet, peaceful location, surrounded by nature and beauty. If that's what you are looking for then this is the place for you. The house is stunning and modern with great views, the sauna is wonderful and encourages relaxation. We also loved using the boat and swam in the lake about 6 times each day! It's worth stocking up on food in one of the big supermarkets like the one in Lahti, but there are some amazing restaurants within a 35-40 minute drive. We are looking forward to staying here again soon.

This cottage is big and very suitable for our extended family vacation.

Overall every good experience staying here. Beautiful and stunning views of the lake and trees x. The sauna is also very good. But watch out if you park your cars at the yard, there are trees and rocks you need to pay attention to.

Very cosy apartment in Kotka. Very recommendable.

We were a party of 4 and it was a great experience staying at Eeva's place! It was a beautiful and cosy place right by the waterfront. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room and the balcony had plenty of seating to hang out, and the bathroom was pretty big. The communication was clear, had no trouble getting into the apartment, and parking is available very close to the building. Having a car would make it easier to pick up the keys. Would definitely recommend this place!

We enjoyed the apartment very much, which was spacious, well cleaned and high up in the house with an elevator and a fantastic view of the river. We'll be happy to go there again in the future.
