A bed for one in a barn, a loft in the sauna room and a sofa bed that can be spread out. You'll also have access to a rowing boat and a subboard. A lot heats up for a separate fee. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Arja is a great host and the cottage has everything one needs. if you are looking for a getaway in a very remote private place, this is for you. it is not super easy to get there. next Shop is about 35 min away with the car. you should plan your shopping well. I can't recommend Pöllötupa enough. Will come again!

Timo's cabin is a relaxing and charming place. Lost in nature, you have to think about shopping before you arrive. The isolation is very nice. Timo provides a boat and inflatable paddleboards, which we really enjoyed. The sauna with a lake view is very soothing. Timo is very responsive and welcomed us himself. Thank you for everything! We recommend +++
