Bright top-floor one-bedroom apartment in the immediate vicinity of Holiday Club Saimaa and the golf course. Spacious bathroom with washer. A secluded, glazed balcony. The house has an outdoor equipment storage and a drying room. Peaceful condominium. Adventure Park Atreenal a few hundred meters and Ukonniemi - the diverse sports facilities of Karhumäki a few kilometers away. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

This summer the property is mainly closed due to road noise. If you don't mind, you can also ask for a place to stay for closed days. The apartment has a shower, there is limited hot water of 15 liters, so it's enough for one person to take a short shower at a time. The water will reheat for about half an hour. Towels and shampoo available. Kitchen essentials. Mini oven/stove, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. Car heating 2h / 3 euros. Additional person fee 10€

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
