We loved how close we were to The beach and the bay. Also were able to walk to restaurants and the arcade.

Ryder was a great host. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and felt right at home. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Pacific Beach and explore a true highlight of San Diego!

Meron’s place was absolutely incredible! We’ve been coming to mission beach for 11 years and this was definitely one of, if not the best place we’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect, the street is quiet, and the house is adorable. It is immaculately clean and has every amenity you could need. The attention to detail makes the house cozy and a comfortable landing place for a long stay. I could not recommend this cottage enough - perfect for our family! We will be back and we can’t wait!

We loved staying at this house! It was perfect for our family of four—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The space was really comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The location was great too—close to everything but still nice and quiet. The little touches throughout the house made a big difference, and the host was awesome—super friendly and easy to communicate with. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

The location is a ten minute walk to the beach. There’s a sprouts three minutes away and numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location with a very great host. Very kind people. I would definitely stay again.

Edward's listing was exactly as described. It was extremely spacious and comfortable. You can't be the location either. There was a small hiccup with parking and Edward was extremely responsive. The issue was sorted out immediately. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was just as advertised, and had everything you’d need for a stay. The location is centrally located to just about anything in SD….it felt as if everything was 15 minutes away or under.

Absolutely loved our week here! Our boys are already asking when we can go back. Steps always from the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, you name it. Whenever we had a spare moment, we were hanging out on the lovely patio. The place is adorable, clean, light and bright! Linda had everything we could need and more. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. When we’re back in San Diego, we hope to stay here again! 💛

The location was great. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Inside was clean and tidy. Pictures were accurate. Luis communicated in a timely manner.

Nicole’s house was great. Her house was so comfortable that we felt at home when we got there. Our stay there flew by fast. The instructions she left for us was easy to understand and made checking in the place easy. The house was clean and beautiful. Communication with Nicole was very easy and would reply within a few minutes. She was eager to make our stay memorable. A lot of available parking on the street. I was not worried about finding parking at night. Would love to stay at Nicole’s place again.

Enrique was an incredible host and very accommodating! We booked last minute and he made everything accessible. This was so helpful because we were checking in really late at night. He was also very kind and generous. The house was steps from the beach and easily walkable to a number of restaurants and things to do as well as several cute coffee places. If you go, make sure to try Sara’s! Best Mexican food and breakfast burritos! Also loved the Greek place at Belmont and the natural gelato across from Belmont!

Location was amazing! Easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Appreciate the beach towels and umbrella. Would definitely book again!

If you're looking to spend your San Diego stay in a beautiful, quiet, walkable location this spot is for you! The hosts were super accommodating: local dinner recommendations, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Every morning we woke up to the sound of parakeets and pacific ocean waves crashing onto the nearby beach shore. The beach and a few cafés are within walking distance while San Diego, La Jolla Village, and Torrey Pines are all within a 35 minute drive. Overall this stay is an incredible value for anyone looking to explore La Jolla and the greater San Diego area.

The location was very close to the market and pharmacy. The stay does not have parking, but in the three nights we spent there we were able to park on the street right in front. The house was clean and organized. The only bathroom is divided between the two bedrooms, so whoever is in the living room needs to enter through the bedroom to access the bathroom. The laundry room is inside one of the rooms. We liked and recommend staying at West Coast Homestays.

Great place if you are looking for a beach setting. Clean linens and towels, clean room. Kitchen has nice plates, glasses, utensils, etc.

Nice apartment in good location and quiet neighborhood. Easy to park on the street. One bedroom is downstairs by the entrance. The other bedroom (and rest of the apartment) is upstairs.

The was a great spot for our family. The condo was big enough for what we needed and steps from the beach, bay and great restaurants. Easy to get everything. Ashwini made it very easy and had wonderful recommendations. We would stay here again.

We loved this apartment- it was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was even bigger than the photos make it seem. Gorgeous decor and beautifully maintained/cleaned. Lots of extras/amenities like kitchen items, toiletries, beach stuff, and linens. The host’s communication was very hospitable and helpful! Location and view is incredible - right on the beach and walkable to so many cute cafes, grocery stores and bars. Comes with a parking spot too, and pool and hot tub access! Would definitely book again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. My wife, my two children, and myself stayed here for three nights. Everything was a breeze, and we had everything that we needed. Mugs, glasses, plates, etc. were all provided. This is so conveniently located. You are within a three minute walk to Starbucks, a four minute walk to the beach, and a four minute walk to outstanding restaurants nearby. The area is safe, clean, and quiet. This place is ideal for a small family that is bringing only one car. If you bring more than one car, you have to park publicly on the side of the street, which is very inconvenient in my opinion. Geoff provided everything for us, including an extra twin size bed, sand toys for the beach, beach, chairs, and beach towels. We would love to stay with Jeff again.

Loved our stay! Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Swathi was an amazing host, too - she has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay to feel at home. We didn’t want to leave but hope to be back soon!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Andy’s place. It was plenty of space for 3 of us to stay. Great views. It gets a little warm at night in the bedroom without air conditioning but they do provide an extra fan which helps. Overall, the space was great and we would recommend to others.
