We offer you a studio in lovely Binz. The beautiful beach are in walking distance just like the main street with its cafes and boutiques. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. Das Apartment befindet sich auf einem Künstlerhof. Es ist hell und gemütlich. Vom Balkon hat man einen weiten Blick in die Landschaft. Dort weiden Schafe, Rinder und Pferde. Im Frühjahr und Herbst kann man Kraniche beobachten. Zum Sandstrand der Schabe sind es wenige km, ca 7 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zum Königsstuhl, dem weißen Kreidefelsen läuft man ca 20 min durch hohe alte Buchenwälder. Hier kann man in Ruhe entspannen und hat trotzdem alle wichtige Orte der Insel der Insel in der Nähe.

Small simple apartment with large bathroom with Baltic Sea and harbor views. 250 m to the beach promenade and staircase entrance to the Baltic Sea. Sassnitz has stone beaches -->rubber shoes are a help. Here is the ideal starting point for hikes on the steep coast and in the national park. Many restaurants nearby, children's playground, museum... Also ideal for seasonal workers in the nearby harbor or offshore staff for wind turbines. This is a simple place to stay in low budget.

"Little happiness" describes the sunny and very charming 4-room apartment quite well. All rooms, except the kitchen, face south towards the sea or the small side street, Hermann-Bebert. It is a beautiful old building apartment, equipped with high rooms, plank flooring and historic doors. With a lot of love for detail, the 100 sqm apartment was extensively renovated. From the bedroom you can see the sea and it is only 5 minutes to the quaint fishing port.
