Sag Harbor is the coolest, most authentic town in the Hamptons. Home to household names, the town retains its small-town charm and rustic maritime vibe. Browse the artsy, eclectic stores and strike up conversations in the coffee shops and local bars. Sag Harbor is a quaint, walkable town on the wharf with great restaurants and bars. The house is located less than a mile's walk into the main street. Beaches are accessible via bike or car. The Jitney stop from Manhattan is located on Main Street less than a mile from the house. There are taxis in the area available via phone for pick up. We provide four adult bikes, helmets and locks for your use.

Enjoy a tranquil, private retreat in a natural, rustic setting < 1 mile from 2 bay beaches, @ 5 miles from East Hampton, and @ 4 miles from Sag Harbor. This studio has a separate entrance with a deck and garden, an attached bathroom, a cooking alcove, a sitting area, a bar/work station, individual climate control and a Roku tv. The owners live on premises but often travel for work. While everything in this studio is brand new, the setting is fairly rustic—not your typical Hamptons mansion.

Quiet updated apartment close to Main St, boats and beaches. This second floor apartment has a private entrance and allows use of the front yard. Our home was built in 1880 but has just been renovated for a modern beach bungalow feel. The location is the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to Marine Park, shops, restaurants, the Hampton Jitney and nightlife. The center of main street is less than a quarter mile from the apartment (4 minutes on foot). Walk to all!
