Victoria's place is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard outlet mirrors throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was even a bathrobe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

The apartment is very comfortable, cozy and clean. Very good location, close to Avenida Cabildo, which connects with the northern area of CABA and the province of Buenos Aires. The neighborhood has a lot of greenery and a great gastronomic variety. Barbara was a very good host. It's really worth it.

The place is super comfortable, everything is as described and as shown in the photos. The area is quite quiet, several shops near the place and the subway station a few minutes away. Christian was always willing to answer questions and provide solutions to any situation. I felt quite comfortable during my stay at the place

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

The apartment is as in the photos, the location is excellent, very close to bars and restaurants, clean, organized and spacious apartment. The host helped a lot with the early check-in and also with the possibility of storing our bags at check-out, always responded promptly.

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!

Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. The apartment is very nice, it is worth it mainly for the views but perhaps in relation to price quality it is high. Very good service. For tourists, it's definitely useful because of the central location.

We stayed in several places in Palermo. This is the perfect Airbnb, we stayed a week and had an amazing time. Gonzalo is such a nice host, with lots of recommendations and always going above and beyond making sure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks again for everything.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
