beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Large apartment THREE on Himmelgrün farm

Hof Himmelgrün is located in the countryside surrounded by meadows and fields. Here you will find peace, can listen to the wind and see the impressive starry sky. On our beautiful courtyard and the large meadow at the edge of the field there is plenty of space for breakfast, reading, playing ball, barbecuing and lying in the grass. The Bodden offers many water sports and a well-developed network of cycling routes. The wonderfully white Baltic Sea beaches of Fischland Darß can be reached in 25 minutes

Die ehemalige Bauernkate, 1850 erbaut, bietet mit seinen 125 qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Grundstück Platz für 5 Personen. Die 3 Etagen des Cottages und der 3 geteilte Garten bieten Raum für Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Ein Tag am Strand endet mit der Freude auf ein gemütliches Zuhause.

It is important to us that all guests feel comfortable with us and are happy to answer questions and make individual arrangements. Saal is the ideal starting point for exploring the Bodden region. Here you can find numerous activities for nature and sports lovers such as fishing, hiking, cycling and kitesurfing. The nearest Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, switch off, relax and unwind. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

Since summer 2023, in addition to our popular houses, we have been offering the favorite farm, cowshed, hunting lodge and horse stable (bookable via Airbnb). Our newly built, each 90 sqm and lovingly furnished houses have 4 bedrooms for up to 6 people, two shower rooms and a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and fireplace. The spacious communal garden is fully fenced - ideal for guests with children and dogs.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
