Cozy 2-room apartment near the Baltic Sea

Small quiet apartment in the countryside. Franzburg is more of a sleepy place with an ice cream cafe, Edeka, Sparkasse and pharmacy and does not offer much for tourists. Here you should definitely be mobile, as it is a good starting point for day trips in all directions. The Baltic Sea with beautiful beaches on the Darss can be reached after approx. 40 minutes. The city of Stralsund and the Rügenauffahrt can be reached in a good 30 minutes. The well-equipped apartment contains a small kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. This includes a parking space, (a balcony) and use of the Wi-Fi. Towels and beds are available upon arrival. If necessary, an extra bed can be provided for a child at no extra charge.

The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

Relax in this special and quiet location of this accommodation. The tubular former fisherman's house is surrounded by a lot of expanse, meadows and sky. This apartment is located in the former old school in the village and was probably originally built for the teacher in 1815. It contains one bedroom, another sleeping chamber under the roof (only bookable in summer), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The sleeping chamber under the roof can only be reached via a steep staircase. The chamber can be heated via an oven, but the roof is not perfectly insulated.

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
