The apartment has been completely renovated in 2014 and is fully furnished. A new kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove with oven is available. Bathroom is equipped with shower and tub, toilet. Bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and large mirror. Living room with couch that can be used as a 2nd bed, a cosy reading corner with lots of reading reading, TV and balcony. The dining area invites you to play longer. Games are there, of course. The apartment is suitable for 4 people. 2 pers. 50 Euro, every extra person 15 Euro, Children up to 1 year old are free, all persons must be registered!!!!!

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.
