Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

This is divided into three rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with toilet and guest toilet, utility room and a beautiful roof terrace of about 30 m². Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment. In both bedrooms there is a double bed so that up to 4 people can sleep comfortably there! The kitchen is fully equipped. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer.

A nice bedroom with a queen-size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and feel-good bathtub, as well as a large kitchen with full equipment await you. You can relax in the living room in front of the TV and on the large balcony in good weather. The nearest bus line is just 5 minutes away, as well as parking directly at the apartment. The A3 highway is also just minutes away.
