My wife and I love the AZ and what it has to offer and Tempe is just a staple of AZ living. Being a host is a honor and a privilege and we take it seriously! We love that families and friends are able to make memories at our homes they'll take with them for the rest of their lives. We look forward to welcoming you into our home. You will enjoy complete privacy in our home but we are always a text or a call away to answer any questions. **Quick note for our winter guests the pool is not heated**

Beautiful home located close to downtown Scottsdale, ASU,Fashion Square Mall, Mill Ave, Tempe Marketplace, Spring training fields. Rental includes full kitchen, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and living room and dining room. Home is not shared with owner or any other guests not in your own party. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles on our driveway and plenty of street parking also. Garage not included. Security camera outside front door & garage. Pool is not heated

Mighty Palms and Pool! Epic pool escape!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Remodeled Midcentury with HUGE Pool! (UNHEATED and seasonal but always clean and open.) There is no safety gate from the house to the pool so please be aware that children should be supervised at all times, however there is a door alarm you can turn on. You will have the whole house and yard to yourself. 3 Bedrooms: Each with queen size beds. HUGE eat in kitchen that is well stocked.
