This spacious 5-room home, spread over 2 levels, features a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue area with a pizza oven—perfect for families with children.

La villa si trova sulla collina di Montemagno, un piccolo paese vicino alla città di Camaiore, al mare della Versilia e città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

It features 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered outdoor veranda with tables and a barbecue, a private garden, access to the shared pool area, and private parking with a secondary entrance.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

The villa can be reached via a 750-meter unpaved municipal dirt road that branches off from the main road; 25 minutes from Pisa Airport and 5 minutes from the Massarosa A11 exit. The villa is our family's private retreat and comfortably accommodates 10 people.

"Le Casette" vacation home

The house is located on a high hill about 600 meters above sea level and is located within a small village. It is 1.5 km from the parking lot of the village of Metato, this last stretch is a narrow and steep path accessible with small 4WD cars, the owner can put at your disposal a Fiat Panda, to be used exclusively from the parking lot to the house.
