Thank you Anna for a great stay! The home was provided with everything we would need! Towels, pots, pans, dishes, blankets, pack n play for the kids…EVERYTHING. It was very homey feeling. The environment was very welcoming, the upkeep was top tier. Thank you for welcoming us into your home, we definitely recommend.

Very pretty and comfortable home. We loved visiting with Karen the chicken and looking at the cows. Michelle was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful with local information. We found the traffic noise to be a challenge.

Nice amenities were provided for coffee, the kitchen was well equipped, and great comfy spaces for relaxing and visiting with each other. It was very vintage and a beautiful old home stylishly decorated and the beds were comfortable

This listing was just as described and exactly what we needed. Ot had everything we needed, the place waa comfortable, and my son loved the playroom. Thank you for providing breakfast and snacks, and for being such a wonderful host to work with! If we ever find ourselves in Elkhart, we'd love to stay here again.

Charming cottage with horses out the window! Everything was neat and tidy. We had all we needed including use of washer/dryer. There’s a dog kennel next door so be aware you’ll hear some barking. Elizabeth was easy to communicate with, flexible with respect to a possible schedule change, and kindly searched for and found a dog tag we accidentally left behind. We really appreciated this lovely place to stay.

we had a pleasant stay. Ambience was amazing for Midwest, lovely river view, almost all amenities I can imagine (except for a grill, but they had a smoker that I have couldn't use). would stay here again

We had a very comfortable stay! The home appeared to have been recently renovated. It was very clean and Teresa had thought of every little detail. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

It was a warm day and we arrived late in the afternoon. The air conditioning was on for us and it was very easy to use the entrance key pad. Steph left us donuts and popcorn from local businesses and they were delicious! She has a book with everything we needed to know including recommendations for restaurants. TV’s in each bedroom as well as the living room with streaming services to use. Four 60+ age women could figure out how to use them! The house was a comfortable, relaxing place to come back to at the end of each day!

Spent the weekend and had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful and as pictured and described. The view off the lake is amazing and lots of breeze coming off of it. The beds were extremely comfortable and had nice pillows, linens, and extra pillows and blankets. Fans were provided in both bedrooms. Water was hot and all hygiene was provided. The kitchen is well stocked. The hosts were reachable and gave clear directions on entrance and how to work the air, heat, and TV. Would definitely recommend to stay here and make sure to go for a visit in Shipshewana.

Beautiful home, peaceful grounds. :) Goats in a pen in the back was unexpected and cute! We were surprised to find the home was a large multi bedroom home rather than a one bedroom home, there were just several locked doors which my over-active imagination was creeped out over lol We would very much come again, particularly if the other rooms were opened and we could bring the family :)

Jewelz place was magnificently beautiful! Such detail in decoration and quaint furnishings. Very clean and functional in the antiquated setting. We absolutely loved it and would wholeheartedly recommend this home.

I came to Shipshewana on a girl’s trip with my mom and sister. We were pleasantly surprised to find that this log cabin was even nicer and more spacious than we expected. It was very clean and felt very homey. The trip was our Mother’s Day gift to our mom and she was so excited! She loves log cabins & loved sitting on the porch & watching the horse & buggies going by. The flea market was less than a mile away, so that was very convenient. We totally enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Garage. Everything was extremely clean and very well decorated. We felt very relaxed and at home right away. The location is extremely close to so many great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at Tim’s place. It’s a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting in the woods. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Definitely order the breakfast! We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast cooked by Mary and delivered to our door. She even included a rose and handwritten note for us as we were on a getaway for our wedding anniversary. The place is comfortable and had all we needed. Just keep in mind there is no AC. It was a cool summer day and we are used to living without AC but I can imagine it may be an issue for some. Definitely recommend Tim’s place.
