My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex, the pedestrian zone is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy, fully equipped, as we have lived in it until recently. Murnau is located on the Munich - Innsbruck railway line, Garmisch and the Königs-Schlösser can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms There is a tourist tax on site.

Our cosy basement apartment of a semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Murnau on Staffelsee. The idyllic Froschhauser See and the Riegsee are within walking distance in a few minutes and also the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach resorts as well as refreshments can be reached at any time in a long walk or by bike in 5 minutes... depending on fitness level :)
