You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. It maybe small at 375 sf, but it has all the features of most hotels with one queen bed and a full bed in the loft. Located near downtown Springfield, IL and many Abraham Lincoln attractions. Deer often walk around the property which is on a quiet dead-end residential street. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and extra pillows. Watch Netflix, Hulu, and Disney also.

Waterfront Cabin•Boat Dock, Fireplace&Beach Access

The cabin sits in the trees along beautiful Lake Sara. The cabin offers a quiet place to relax and unwind. You can bring your kayaks, paddle boards or trailer your family boat along for some fun tubing and skiing on the lake. The dock allows for the boat to be left in the water till the end of your stay. The Marina, Pinky’s (waterfront restaurant), Rusty Reel (bar below Pinky’s ), Cardinal Golf Course, Lake Sara Campground and Lake Sara Beach are all a short walk from the cabin!

Lincoln’s Loft is close to everything making it easy to plan your visit to downtown Vandalia. This loft offers a bedroom, full kitchen and bath, dining room, living room with a pull out sofa, and large smart TV. This loft also offers beautiful views of the oldest State Capitol in IL and is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and local shops. Due to stairs, this property is not recommended for anyone with difficulty climbing stairs.

It has a fenced in backyard. KIDS ARE WELCOME. There is a back deck. There is no cable. There is 100 meg wireless internet. There is a ring camera on the porch. You will hear trains. House By The Woods 2 bedroom/sleeps 7

We have 2 electric fireplaces, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, futon & full size bed in living room that sleeps up to 7 total. It has a side covered porch with a seating area & table with chairs. Firepit area for roasting hotdogs or marshmallows. Firewood on premises. Propane grill on back patio. Small kids play area in back yard & 4pm check in with 10am checkout.
